This study investigated an electrocardiogram (ECG) eigenvalue automatic analysis and detection method; ECG eigenvalues were used to reverse the myocardial action potential in order to achieve automatic detection and diagnosis of heart disease. Firstly, the frequency component of the feature signal was extracted based on the wavelet transform, which could be used to locate the signal feature after the energy integral processing. Secondly, this study established a simultaneous equations model of action potentials of the myocardial membrane, using ECG eigenvalues for regression fitting, in order to accurately obtain the eigenvalue vector of myocardial membrane potential. The experimental results show that the accuracy of ECG eigenvalue recognition is more than 99.27%, and the accuracy rate of detection of heart disease such as myocardial ischemia and heart failure is more than 86.7%.

SummaryPacomarca is an experimental ranch founded by the INCA group to act as a selection nucleus from which basic genetic improvement of alpaca fibre can spread throughout the rural communities in the Peruvian Altiplano. State-of-art techniques in animal science, such as performance recording or assisted reproduction including embryo transfer, are applied to demonstrate their usefulness in the Altiplano conditions. Pacomarca has developed useful software (Paco Pro) to carry out the integral processing of production and reproduction data. Mating is carried out individually, and gestation is diagnosed via ultrasound. Breeding values estimated from a modern genetic evaluation are used for selection, and embryo transfer is applied to increase the selection intensity. However, the objective of Pacomarca goes beyond, extending its advances to the small rural communities. Training courses for farmers are organised while searching for new ways of improving the performance of alpacas both technically and scientifically.

With many-body perturbation theory, 1D–3D term intervals of helium 1snd (n = 12 ∼ 20) configurations are calculated. Based on two different models, Rayleigh-Schrodinger perturbation expansion terms consisting of bound states only, and those of continua are evaluated, respectively. As for bound states, zeroth-order wave functions are strictly generated from self-iteration solutions of the Hartree equation and residues of infinite expansion series are dealt with by the integral processing method, while a simplified hydrogen potential is adopted to get the continua. Using Rayleigh–Schrodinger expansions, we evaluate exchange energy up to third-order terms. It is found that level splittings are mainly attributed to summations over bound states. The fine-structure level splittings yielded here are found to agree quite well with experimental results.PACS Nos.: 31.15.Md, 32.10Fn, 02.60Ed
