The research undertaken sought to address a critical vacuity within contemporary Muslim scholarship on 'educational leadership. The empirical investigation explored the relationship between the formation of 'Religiosity' and the styles of 'Educational Leadership' as experienced by graduates of Muslim Institutes of Higher Education in the UK (MIHEUK). The study was conducted via a single case design with embedded units of analysis. The instruments utilized for data collection were the Muslim Subjectivity Interview Schedule (MSIS), Semi- Structured Interviews (SSI), and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The data was analyzed to deduce the participants' mode of subjectivity by adopting an established criterion developed by Sahin. The study concluded that the educational leadership' styles of Muslim educators working within traditional and hybrid MIHEUK influenced modes of 'religiosity' and 'subjectivity' of Muslim students.

The research aims to develop the curriculum of the Higher Education Curriculum, specifically Islamic religion, referring to the Indonesian National Qualification Framework (KKNI). The problem raised in this research is the redesign of the curriculum in Indonesia, especially the formation of new courses such as the neuroscience of Islamic education and anti-corruption education, which have not considered the breadth of study material and calculation semester credit units that are not accountable. This research was conducted in three stages: curriculum analysis, curriculum matrix design, and curriculum matrix experimentation. The research subjects involved 133 lecturers in the Higher Education Institutions of Religion, both Islamic, Catholic, and Hindu in Indonesia. The findings indicate that the developed matrix design can be used as an integrative tool for forming subjects and calculating semester credit unit weights in a mathematical and accountable manner, and accommodating the development of Islamic education, particularly neuroscience and anti-corruption education. This matrix can complement Kim's research on syllabus ontology identification and lesson study innovation developed by E. Purwaningsih and D. Nurhadi.

The question of whether classroom reading activities in primary schools in England can be solely relied on to be sufficient for English as additional language (EAL) pupils to comprehend English text was the focus of the paper. Two case studies where Somali origin EAL pupils involved in learning English reading comprehension were utilized as a springboard to develop my argument that parents are an intrinsic part of developing pupils’ English comprehension as they may constitute financially less expensive and rich resources in terms of cultural experiences. Furthermore, England’s education policy regarding EAL pupils, reading for comprehension, and factors that influence it: vocabulary knowledge, teacher -students ratio in England school and parental involvement in schools were explored to provide an answer for the question of whether only reading for comprehension activities in the classroom is enough to promote the understanding of EAL Somali origin. It was argued that only those activities are not sufficient, and there is a need for the use of parents as resources to enrich the text input, which potentially increases the comprehension skills of Somali origin EAL pupils.

The study aims to determine the Indigenous people’s education, career aspirations, career choice, and challenges among senior high school students in rural communities in Palawan. The qualitative and quantitative methods used in the study. Mean, frequency counts, percentages, T-test, and Pearson Moment Correlation were employed. Results revealed that most of the parents had ages 39-44 years old, female, high school level, farmers, and earned below 1,000. As for ethnicity, most of them belong to the Palawan tribe, had 3-4 number of children, and a cash conditional transfer recipient. It also revealed that most of the learners had ages between 18-19 years old, female, Palawan, the first child in the family, enrolled under Technical Vocational and Livelihood, and traveled 5 kilometers distance of residence to the school. There is no significant relationship Between Parent-Respondents Profile and Career Aspirations of the Learners except in parents’ age. There is no significant Relationship Between Learner-Respondents Profile and their Career Aspirations except in age, sex, and track profile. There is no significant relationship between the demographic profile of the parents and the educational challenges except in parent’s occupation, cash conditional transfer recipient, and several children. There is no significant relationship between the learner’s demographic profile and the educational challenges except in distance from school, birth order, and sex. There is a significant difference between career aspirations among learners and their parents, while there is no significant difference between the career choice among indigenous learners and their parents and educational challenges among learners and parents.

This study aimed to examine the integration of instructional and transformational models of leadership in sustaining school improvement. The question of how the integration of instructional and transformational leadership in schools can influence learners' performance has received a significant amount of interest among researchers. Literature reviews have found two key approaches: educational and transformational leadership models to establish the most appropriate school leadership model. Therefore, this article reports on qualitative research used to arrive at an in-depth understanding of integrating instructional and transformational leadership in enhancing school performance. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with principals in one educational province. Purposive sampling techniques were used to select participants for the study. Findings from the study established that integrating the two models had the potential to enhance learner performance. This study has shown that the integration of instructional and transformational leadership models led to a climate that promotes a culture of teaching and learning, hence increasing quality learning outcomes.

Instructional materials are one of the essential parts to support the learning process becomes more exciting and meaningful. However, teachers do not yet give more attention to these parts, so that the learning process becomes uninteresting and boring. Therefore, this research aims to produce the instructional materials for the logical thinking of mathematics ability based on Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education for junior high school students for Grade 8, which is valid and practical. This research used a design research method with the type of development study conducted in two stages, namely preliminary design and formative evaluation, including self-evaluation, prototyping (expert reviews, one-to-one, and small groups) field tests the research conducted at junior high school. For research subjects, students of class VIII B of junior high school are 29 students. The techniques of data collection used are documentation, walkthrough, interviews, and test. The research data are quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed. The results of data analysis known that this research produces the logical thinking of mathematics for instructional materials based on Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education on the content of linear equations of two variables that are valid, practical, and have potential effects. In this case, mathematics instructional materials in students' worksheets based on Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education have been content valid, constructive, and language from expert validation at the expert review stage. In contrast, the mathematics student worksheets based on Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education have been practically obtained from revisions results of one-to-one and small group. Furthermore, the prototype of instructional materials in the form of student worksheets has potential effects to improve the logical thinking of mathematics ability for students.
