Research on China Cross-border E-commerce Development Strategy under the Background of Trade Facilitation

The main purpose of trade facilitation is to simplify trade processes, reduce trade costs, and improve policy transparency. Affected by the global financial crisis, global market demand is insufficient, and China's foreign trade growth is weak, while cross-border e-commerce is thriving, showing a gratifying growth trend. The qualitative and quantitative leap of cross-border e-commerce is inseparable from the macro-environmental support and influence of my country's social development. Chinese government departments should actively participate in relevant meetings and project negotiations of international organizations, establish friendly exchanges and cooperative relations with other countries, and achieve tax incentives and credit Negotiation and coordination mechanisms for system construction cooperation, data security, cybercrime, etc., to seek more convenient and efficient border management

Empirical Study on the Evaluation of the Transformation of China's Foreign Trade Development Mode under Dual Perspectives

By analyzing the current studies about the transformation of foreign trade development mode, we find that the researches involving the change of necessity of foreign trade pattern ,the evaluation of the result , the way of the transformation and the power of it ,but there exist some problems which focus on the unreasonable index systems and empirical method . Therefore, The paper constructs two equations from the two angles such as trade process and trade outcome based on the analysis of connotation of foreign trade patterns. And then the author use the method named Sharp value decomposition to evaluate the effects of each factors on the trade patterns transformation from the level of trade process and result. The results show that the effect of the scale factor is the biggest in our scale of foreign trade development, the contribution of the technical factors need to be improved, and there is poor coordination between the domestic economy and the technology of the export sector. On the view of the trade result, the growth of the effect of price is the highest, and then is the quantity; the effect of species has a large decline. This indicates the quality of our product has been improving, but the degree of innovation needs to be improved. Hence, our transformation of foreign trade development mode has a certain degree of improvement, but still needs efforts. Our next step should be improving the technical coordination between the export sector and the other sectors, as well as the innovation ability of enterprise.

Social Complex Adaptive System: From Introduction to Several Scientific Conjectures

Social system is full of complexity, of stochastic dynamic, of criticality, of random diversity and of irrationality, which makes corresponding results hardly to be discovered. In this paper, we focus on drawing a conclusion of the invariant distribution of collective irrational behavior and the characteristics of critical phase transition in the process of system emergence due to the interaction between individuals. We also care about, if several order parameters of the system or environment changes, how the law of the collective behavior state and evolution state would change. Based on our analysis, seven preset conclusions in the aspects of local structure, individual properties and behavior, interaction rules, and environmental changes in complex adaptive systems are proposed.

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Suzhou "Single Window" Construction of Trade Facilitation

At present, under the background of the increasing tide of "anti-globalization" and China's open economy of higher standards, it is of great practical significance for Suzhou to promote the construction of "single window" of trade facilitation. Therefore, based on the current situation of promoting the construction of "single window" for trade facilitation, this paper concludes that there are some problems, such as business coverage is limited, system functions are imperfect; information interconnection and intercommunication should be strengthened; the overflow function of "single window" is insufficient, the recognition degree need to be improved; the cross regional construction lags behind, and the integration of customs clearance in the Yangtze River Delta has not yet been realized. Furthermore, the article puts forward three countermeasures and suggestions, including clarifying the functional orientation of the construction of "single window" with local characteristics in Suzhou; providing intelligent and integrated value-added services in combination with industrial chain extension and supply chain process; and promoting the "interconnection" of Yangtze River Delta and actively seeking for complementary and docking resources.
