PELATIHAN METODE PEMBELAJARAN FUN ENGLISH GAMES USING APPLICATION BAGI GURU BAHASA INGGRIS MAS NU BATAHAN

This article deals with the training of Fun English Games Learning Method for English Teacher in MAS NU Batahan, This article shows several learning methods by using English Games funny and easy to understand, such as, Word Connect Application, Spelling Bee application, Stop the Clock Application, Typing Paragraphs for speed. This activity intends to enlarge some learning methods by using English Games for fun, and to give comprehending that English learning’s easy and enjoying. The method of this study used community development that collaborating theory and practicing in which using fun English games learning method in teaching English for English teacher MAS NU Batahan. The result shows that Fun English Games learning Method’s successfully applied in the classroom, the students are happy and can understand English learning easily and quickly through Fun English Games Method. It has benefit for teachers in teaching 4 skill, reading, writing, speaking and listening that must be mastered by students. In addition, School can use this method to improve the quality of learning in achieving very satisfactory results. Based on the explanation above can be concluded that Fun English Games learning Method for English teachers is very useful dan helpful in teaching and learning process.

Pendampingan Kesetaraan Paket-C Mata Pelajaran Matematika Semasa Pandemi Covid-19 di LPKA Batam

Education is the right of all Indonesian citizens guaranteed in Constitution of the Republic Indonesia, including children who are in criminal status. Criminal children are placed in LPKA with a maximum age of 18 years with compulsory education for 9 years. LPKA Batam provides assistance to the package C equivalence program aimed at fulfilling the learning program from the government even though it is in the status of a criminal child. LPKA is conducting moderation in the field of education, namely by online learning related to outbreak of COVID-19 since early 2020 when government implementing the PSBB policy. One of the education programs at LPKA Batam is the package C equivalency learning assistance program wich one subjects is mathematics. The problems in the learning process are the different initial abilities of students and limitations in terms of convenience and flexibility of learning while online. Thus, tutors use Google Meet for virtual meeting learning by providing material in the form of PPT or LKS. The tutor teaches understanding of mathematical concepts according to the curriculum and fosters learning motivation for the target children who take part in the package C equivalence program. At the end of the lesson, the tutor provides an evaluation of the material given as much as one question and is completed directly at the meeting. During the learning process students are very enthusiastic about receiving the material, students can solve r outine questions well, but need more assistance in solving non-routine questions. The implementation of the package C equivalence program mentoring activities in mathematics at LPKA Batam went well as seen from the responses of students who played an active role from the beginning to the end of the activity

WORKSHOP KEWIRAUSAHAAN IMPLEMENTASI SEDERHANA AKUNTANSI DAN PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN BAGI WIRAUSAHA PEMULA

Akuntansi merupakan aktivitas menghitung dan mempertanggungjawabkan sesuatu yang ada kaitannya dengan pengelolaan bidang keuangan dari suatu perusahaan kepada pemiliknya atas kepercayaan yang telah diberikan kepada pengelola tersebut untuk menjalankan kegiatan perusahaan, sistem informasi yang mengukur aktivitas bisnis, memproses data menjadi laporan dan mengkomunikasikan hasilnya kepada para pengambil keputusan. Hal ini sangat penting diperlukan untuk mengukur kinerja dan target kita apakah sudah tercapai atau belum. Banyak usaha kecil yang bangkrut padahal sebenarnya berpotensi menjadi besar, hanya karena masalah pencatatan keuangan ini. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu mampu memahami dengan baik dalam mengelola secara mandiri terkait hal pengelolaan keuangan usaha/bisninya dengan baik. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui pelatihan pemberian materi secara praktik dan langsung dan evaluasi pada saat berlangsungnya kegiatan. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan dalam satu kali kegiatan berupa materi teori dan materi praktikum latihan terhadap studi kasus yang ada, Semua Peserta dinyatakan lulus dan mampu menyelesaikan studi kasus yang diberikan pemateri. Kegiatan workshop sangat bermanfaat bagi semua masyarakat terutama kalangan wirausaha muda yang perlu banyak belajar tentang keakuntansian dengan harapan dapat dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan dan terkoordinir.

PENDAMPINGAN TERHADAP AKTIVIS DAKWAH DALAM MENGAKTUALISASIKAN NILAI-NILAI AJARAN AGAMA ISLAM

Assistance to da'wah activities on an ongoing basis will provide a complete understanding of the year process and da'wah conveying religious teachings carried out by religious leaders as well as Ustadz and Ustadzah to instill moral values for today's Millennial young generation. The da'wah process is usually carried out with a well-organized plan to be carried out so that the pattern of teaching religious guidance can be understood by the Ummah and the community as well as Junior High School (SMP) students in the special Central Jakarta area and DKI Jakarta in general. Assistance by making systematic planning to change the perspective and insight of da'wah activists when providing an understanding of well-defined religious teachings. The mentoring process by making plans for da'wah activists consisting of Ustadz and Ustadzah, as well as Islamic Religious Education Teachers at the junior high school level by providing virtual training and providing direct training materials even with the implementation of strict Health Protocols so that they can be applied easily by them when doing da'wah activities to realize the values of religious teachings to the Ummah and Society, as well as junior high school students. The results of the mentoring and training turned out to have made da'wah activists have good insights and could be applied among the people and society, as well as junior high school students virtually due to the pandemic situation. Every mentoring process by making good plans is still carried out so that the da'wah orientation can provide a good understanding for the people and the community as well as junior high school students.
