The construction industry is a significant economic and productive sector of a country. Due to the importance of the sector, this study is justified not only for the academia, but also for the productive and business circles. Identifying competitive dimensions and comprehend the organizational performance through performance indicators, allows managers to make decisions through these tools, according to the model in which the organization operates, as close as possible to their reality. The present work aims to analyze the application of performance indicators through the competitive dimensions of the construction company. The used research method was a qualitative approach, being of an applied nature, classified according to the objectives of the research in descriptive and explanatory. The procedure used was the review of the literature through scientific articles in the Web of Science data bases, for the last ten years.

The aim of this study is to discuss the scientific production scenario related to the theme entrepreneurship in the creative industries sector through a bibliometric study, using co-citation network. The sample was based on the ISI Web of Knowledge platform (Web of Science), totaling 131 selected articles. Based on data analysis, we concluded that entrepreneurship in the creative industry sector is a subject still under-explored, but there has been a significant increase in publications in the last five years. Looking at the co-citation network, we were able to map the intellectual structure of entrepreneurship in the creative industries sector and the development in research and publications as well.

Currently, more and more teachers decide to follow active teaching methods, leaving behind traditional teaching methods. Among the most used pedagogical methods in the educational field is the collaborative learning. The general objective of the present investigation is to know the performance and academic development of the term "collaborative learning" in the documents collected in the Web of Science database. The research method developed was based on a bibliometric study, identifying academic performance and conceptual development, through a co-word analysis. Particularly, we have pursued four main objectives: (a) To determine the degree of performance of documents collected from collaborative learning; (b) to identify the scientific development of so-called collaborative learning; (c) to analyze the most incidental aspects of collaborative learning; and (d) to value the most representative authors who are experts in the use of collaborative learning. The total number of manuscripts studied is 3295. The results show the manuscripts are written mainly in English by researchers who belong from the United States. The main area of knowledge is Education Educational Research. As a conclusion, it can be said that the collaborative learning pedagogical method is at a turning point in the scientific field. Its scientific evolution, focused on its principles in the students themselves, has extended to other branches. At present, studies are oriented towards technological resources, co-regulation, and the academic achievements of students. Furthermore, in the coming years the terms innovation, design, patterns, collaboration, and communication will probably be the new lines of study in this scientific field.

AbstractAlthough there are now several bibliographic databases of research publications, such as Google Scholar, Pubmed, Scopus, and the Web of Science (WoS), and some also include counts of citations, there is at present no similarly comprehensive database of the rapidly growing number of clinical practice guidelines (CPGs), with their references, which sometimes number in the hundreds. CPGs have been shown to be useful for the evaluation of clinical (as opposed to basic) biomedical research, which often suffers from relatively low counts of citations in the serial literature. The objectives were to introduce a new citation database, clinical impact®, and demonstrate how it can be used to evaluate research impact of clinical research publications by exploring the characteristics of CPG citations of two sets of papers, as well as show temporal variation of clinical impact® and the WoS. The paper includes the methodology used to retain the data and also the rationale adopted to achieve data quality. The analysis showed that although CPGs tend preferentially to cite papers from their own country, this is not always the case. It also showed that cited papers tend to have a more clinical research level than uncited papers. An analysis of diachronous citations in both clinical impact® and the WoS showed that although the WoS citations showed a decreasing trend after a peak at 2–3 years after publication, this was less clear for CPG citations and a longer timescale would be needed to evaluate their impact on these documents.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to study the development of research in computer science in 15 Eastern European countries following the breaching of the Berlin Wall in 1989. Design/methodology/approach – The authors conducted a bibliometric analysis of 82,121 computer science publications indexed in the Web of Science database and investigated publication, citation, and collaboration patterns of the individual countries. Findings – Poland has been the most productive country, followed by Russia, the Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, and Slovenia. Publication rates have increased substantially over the period, but this has not been accompanied by a corresponding increase in the quality of the publications. Hungary and Slovenia are the most influential countries in terms of citations per paper. Artificial Intelligence is the most frequently occurring computer science subject category, with Interdisciplinary Applications the category with the greatest impact. USA, Germany, UK, France, and Canada are the most frequently collaborating western nations, and papers published in collaboration with US authors accrue the most citations. Originality/value – This is the first ever bibliometric study of the whole post-communist Eastern European computer science research as indexed in the Web of Science.

Over the past Seven decades the knowledge or web of science database maintaining the core collections of Science Citation Index Expanded, and past Conference Proceedings Citation Index- Science and past two decades SciELO Citation Index, Journal citation reports. This paper analyses a results of a scientometric analytical case study of the research activities of highly cited papers from 1999 to 2020. This paper study a growth of publications, citations, average citations per publication and H- index of top scientists or researchers, at Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, India. Besides that, this paper presents a citation-based mapping of data on global scientific activities from Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, India research publications using Web of Science Database. Using different kind of scientometric approaches, such as a h-index and Global Citation Scores. Researchers have published 32191 publications during 1999-2020 and cited at least 5519 times by end of 2020 are analyzed. Authors have been able to place their papers in high impact journals such as Physics, Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Science & Technology, Computer Science, Biochemistry Molecular Biology, Mechanics, Mathematics, Telecommunications, and Crystallography. The study discloses an output of Indian Institute of Science Research Publications has greatly increased over period.

There has been emerging interest in the effectiveness of technology usage in professional education for establishing various competences among future educators. However, the field still lacks in holistic overviews of the role of technology for establishing various competences among future educators. The present bibliometric study was employed to identify and synthesize the results from studies exploring domains of professional education, technology and establishing competence. An author analyzed the papers published in highly ranked and cited journals which were indexed and ranked in the Web of Science Core Collection and Scopus, in the period of 2000 to 2020. The results demonstrated high interest in studied domains within various subjects and fields of study, demonstrating the interest in the opportunities which provide the technology for professional education and developing methodological competences.

Purpose: This bibliometric study investigated the current state of documents on coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and Islamic finance published by digital object identifierequipped journals listed in the Dimensions database. The analysis focused on describing the characterictics and trends of the keywords, authors, and journals.Methods: The data analyzed were from 149 research publications in Dimensions. The search tems were “COVID” and “Islamic finance.” The searches used to establish the study dataset were last updated on August 27, 2020. Descriptive statistical methods were used, and a bibliometric analysis was conducted using Biblioshiny, an R-based app, to generate a bibliometric map.Results: The number of articles discussing the theme of COVID-19 and Islamic finance was quite large in recent months, with more than 100 articles published. The most popular keywords used were “COVID,” “food,” and “pandemic,” although there were also many keywords that related more specifically to the field of Islamic finance, namely “banks,” “markets,” “health,” “debt,” “equity,” “management,” and “stock.”Conclusion: This study provides an overview of trends in the most popular keywords, journals, and authors of articles on the topic of COVID-19 and Islamic finance, which has been quite a popular theme in recent months, thereby providing information for researchers specializing in the field of Islamic finance. This theme has the potential to continue to be developed.

The study aims to evaluate the celiac disease research publications in the Web of Science database from the years 2015 to 2018. The keyword used the term "Celiac Disease" from the Web of Science database collects the records. A total of 4147 records were collected from this study of Celiac disease. The highest productive year is 2017 with 1062 records (25.61%) and the last position of papers was published 1016(24.50%) in the year is 2016. The table provides the value of the average RGR of publications, which decreased from 6.93537 in 2015 to -0.01997 in 2018. At the same time, the value of doubling time (DT) of publications increased from 0.099923 (2015) to -34.6983 (2018). It has shown that the degree of collaboration range from zero to 0.95. The most prolific author Lebwohl B occupied in first position 107(2.58%) records. The most productive country USA placed in the topmost position with 1149(27.71%) records. The authorship pattern of celiac disease research this table notes that the majority of the articles were contributed by four authors 549(13.24%). These three authors were contributed 538(12.97%) second position of papers in this study. The first position of the journal is Gastroenterology published records with 260(6.27%). The language-wise distributions of published records in Celiac disease research in this present study. The most productive language is English with 4032(97.23%), and the last productivity language is Icelandic with 1(0.02%) publications. The Study concludes that Celiac Disease Research lags in this research, so come forward with financial institutions to encourage researchers and scientists to develop celiac research.
