Research on innovative methods for Conceptual Design of Control Strategies (CDCS) is of great theoretical and engineering meaning. In this paper, TRIZ-aided innovation in CDCS was proposed. At first, a systematic approach to build a new theory of inventive problem solving specialized for control strategies (TRIZ-CS) was proposed with its systemic structure was given. Then the Block-Signal analysis model (B-S analysis model) was proposed based on Su-Field analysis model in TRIZ with its symbol system and application procedure. Finally four examples were given to show the rationality of TRIZ-aided innovation in CDCS and effectiveness of B-S analysis model. The examples show that TRIZ-aided innovation is a systematic, effective and practical innovative methodology for CDCS.

Based on the Adina finite element analysis software, 3D axisymmetric finite element analysis model of the 205/75R15 PCR tire was established, the steady temperature field of rolling tire was simulated, and the thermal distribution colored cloud diagram of steady-state temperature field of 3D rolling tire which directly shows the temperature distribution of each section of tire was analyzed to offer certain guidance to the improvement of tire structure and rubber formula.

Abstract Background In previous research, a series of cytotoxic anticancer analogues related to 2-acylamino-1,4-naphthoquinone derivatives has been demonstrated. As microtubule plays an important role in many essential cellular processes such as mitosis, tubulin is an important target of anticancer drug. Methods This study performed molecular docking simulation, pharmacophore model, comparative force field analysis model, and comparative similarity indices analysis model to investigate the relationship between inhibitory activities and the properties of compounds, in order to further progress the development of cytotoxic anticancer analogues. Results These compounds have common H-bond interactions with key residues Lys254 and Lys352, but compounds with large R2 substituent have different docking poses than compounds with small R2 substituent. Some of derivatives such as compound 18 formed the H-bonds with residue Lys254 using the oxygen atoms in R1 substituent and formed π-cation interactions with residue Lys352 using phenyl moiety of 1,4-naphthoquinone. The R1 substituent of these compounds preferred to have disfavored hydrophobic fields and favorable space toward the direction of residue Asn258, while the R2 substituent of these compounds preferred to have about 2–3 carbon chain length hydrophobic substituent toward the direction of residues Ala316 and Lys352. Conclusion These results offer some beneficial advices for further study in anticancer drug development process.

The model of Motivation Book (MOTIBOO) is a literature that focused on the employee motivation, which developed by Borg and Gall, (1983).The purpose of this study is to give more contribution on the field of knowledge of motivation, and gain the practical experience on the employee motivation. This study employeed the methodology that used by Borg and Gall to analysed the motivation. It consisted of four stages : 1) pre research; 2) planning; 3) development, field analysis, model test review and; 4) post research. I picked this model, as the objective of study which analysed the motivation of IBI employees. Closely relates to the method of Borg and Gall, it also gave more flexible measurement to observe the employee attitude to perform their works. This analys resulted the data that MOTIBOO can be used as an alternative method in order to improve the employee motivation in IBI, and it can increase the employee performance.

A three-dimensional finite element analysis model was developed using ABAQUS to simulate the temperature distributions of circular concrete filled steel tube reinforced concrete column in this paper. The influence of main parameters on the temperature distribution, such as heating time, section diameter, and steel tube diameter, was analyzed. This provides valuable information about structural fire resistance and structural behaviour of concrete filled steel tube reinforced concrete column structure under fire.
