Organisational systems come in many different formats and ownerships. The essential characteristic of any system is that it must have a system purpose which it exists to fulfil. For organisational systems, the various components, that is the people working in the system, must know and understand what that purpose is and their role in its fulfilment, as well as the system’s relationship with the macro system within which it operates. Such organisational systems are essentially dynamic, progressing through a system life cycle of essentially unpredictable stages, but with certain predictable changes occurring at each phase change. Effective system coordination depends on the coordinator fully understanding the system operations and how it relates to its various environments. System ownership is external to system operation and has no direct engagement with coordination and control. The importance is noted of real competition to systems serving the progressive-competitive economy and the failure of pretend competition being imposed on systems serving the social-infrastructural economy.

AbstrakSebuah Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) yang ada dalam masyarakat merupakan   sebuah usaha yang dirintis oleh masyarakat  dengan beberapa produk maupun usaha yang berbeda-beda. Setiap usaha tersebut memiliki manajemen keuangan yang masih dilakukan secara manual, yaitu pembukuan dan perekapan data yang masih menggunakan buku dengan cara mengumpulkan dan mengelompokkan beberapa nota. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut maka dibuatlah analisa dan perancangan sistem informasi akuntansi yang dapat digunakan oleh para pemilik UKM dalam mengelola keuangan serta dapat mengontrol manajemen dalam UKM tersebut.  Karena proses yang manual tersebut, banyak pemilik UKM yang kebingungan dalam mengelola keuangannya, dan tidak dapat mengetahui modal awal ketika mendirikan usaha sampai dengan usaha UKM yang semakin pesat. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah sebuah analisa dan perancangan sistem informasi  akuntansi yang dapat digunakan oleh banyak pemilik UKM dalam mengelola keuangannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempermudah para pemilik UKM dalam mengelola keuangannya serta dapat mengatur pengelolaan manajemen yang teratur dalam UKM tersebut. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah dengan metode ISLC (Information System Life Cycle) yang nantinya dalam tahapan tersebut juga dilakukan implementasi ke beberapa UKM. Perancangan yang digunakan dengan menggunakan UML (United Modelling Language) dan Database MySQL.Kata kunci— akuntansi, keuangan, , manajemen, produk

Why does so much literature on unlearning ignore the people who do the unlearning? What would we understand differently if we focused on those people? Much of the existing literature argues that unlearning can only be achieved, and new knowledge acquired, if old knowledge is discarded: the clean slate approach. This might be a reasonable way of organising stock in a warehouse, where room needs to be created for new deliveries, but it is not an accurate description of a human system. This article draws on a detailed qualitative study of learning in the UK Fire and Rescue Services to challenge the clean slate approach and demonstrate that, not only did firefighters retain their old knowledge, they used it as a benchmark to assess new routines and practices. This meant that firefighters’ trust in, and consent to, innovation was key to successful implementation. In order to understand the social aspects of unlearning, this research focuses on the people involved as active agents, rather than passive recipients or discarders of knowledge.
