Abstract Information systems are important for a company or agency such as I-Lab which is an information system at the Informatics Engineering Laboratory of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. Then the Informatics Engineering Laboratory wants to make a system change to improve services to students and lecturers as well as to respond to changes in the new curriculum applied to the Department of Informatics. In this study, a re-engineering was carried out using an iterative reengineering method, namely reengineering carried out in a phased manner. The stages passed in this research are analyze legacy system, data classification, redesign database, adapt legacy component, migrate data, redesign function, equivalence tests, and empty residual data. In this study, it succeeded in re-engineering a portion of the components of the final practicum assessment, practicum scheduling, and displaying all users as well as adding a component of the practical exam assessment.

This paper presents the evaluation of usersХ experiences in three intelligent lighting pilots in Finland. Two of the case studies are related to the use of intelligent lighting in different kinds of traffic areas, having emphasis on aspects of visibility, traffic and movement safety, and sense of security. The last case study presents a more complex view to the experience of intelligent lighting in smart city contexts. The evaluation methods, tailored to each pilot context, include questionnaires, an urban dashboard, in-situ interviews and observations, evaluation probes, and system data analyses. The applicability of the selected and tested methods is discussed reflecting the process and achieved results.

IoT (Internet of Things) has become most significant area of research to design an efficient data enabled services with the help of sensors. In this paper, a low-cost system design for e-healthcare service to process the sensitive health data is presented. Vital signs of the human body are measured from the patient location and shared with a registered medical professional for consultation. Temperature and heart rate are the major signals obtained from a patient for the initial build of the system. Data is sent to a cloud server where processing and analysis is provided for the medical professional to analyze. Secure transmission and dissemination of data through the cloud server is provided with an authentication system and the patient could be able to track his data through a smart phone on connecting to the cloud server. A prototype of the system along with its design parameters has been discussed.

Recently, Information technology develops rapidly. It is possible for us to get some informationquickly, properly and efficiently. The information technology also has many advantages fo r people. Theneed for information is increasing according to the need of its users. This proves that informationtechnology can make our job easier and it can help us to save our time particularly for the job thatrelated to information and data processin g. With the increasing use of computer technology today, italso brings up some problems. One of them is security and confidentiality problem which is animportant aspect in an information system. Data security is an important thing in maintaining theconf identiality of particular data that only can be known by those who have right. RC6 is a symmetrickey algorithm which encrypts 128 bit plaintext blocks to 128 bit ciphertext blocks. The encryptionprocess involves four operations which is the critical arit hmetic operation of this block cipher. As alegal state, Indonesia has issued a regulation in a form of laws governing information and electronictransaction or commonly referred to UU ITE. Besides, Islam is a religion that comprehensively givesthe guidan ce of life for people. Islam has provided guidance in the various fields ranging from social, politics, economics and various other fields.
