New technologies like artificial intelligence, robotics, machine intelligence, and the Internet of Things are seeing repetitive tasks move away from humans to machines. Humans cannot become machines, but machines can become more human-like. The traditional model of educating workers for the workforce is fast becoming irrelevant. There is a massive need for the retooling of human workers. Humans need to be trained to remain focused in a society which is constantly getting bombarded with information. The two basic elements of physical and mental capacity are slowly being taken over by machines and artificial intelligence. This changes the fundamental role of the global workforce.

The aim of the article is to analyze the state of risk management in wholesale enterprises, identify gaps and shortcomings, identify the main components of comprehensive economic security of wholesale enterprises. The methodology of the survey. The following research methods were used to solve the research tasks: analytical for studying and analyzing the scientific literature of the problem, regulations, official websites on the Internet, as well as analysis of functions, methods and technologies of integrated economic security of wholesale enterprises; generalizations for defining the conceptual apparatus of research, formulation of theoretical and practical approaches and conclusions; modeling in order to develop an algorithm for planning work on risk management in wholesale enterprises; observation of the functioning of wholesale trade enter- prises in modern realities, etc. The scientific novelty of the work is to develop an algorithm for planning work on risk management in wholesale enterprises. Edge data processing represents the new evolution of the Internet and Cloud computing. Its application to the Internet of Things (IoT) is a step towards faster processing of information from sensors for better performance. In automated systems, we have a large number of sensors, whose information needs to be processed in the shortest possible time and acted upon. The paper describes the possibility of applying Artificial Intelligence on Edge devices using the example of finding a parking space for a vehicle, and directing it based on the segment the vehicle belongs to. Algorithm of Machine Learning is used for vehicle classification, which is based on vehicle dimensions.

We examine the relationship between `primary employment` and `business friendliness` of U.S. states. Do states with a low score in `business friendliness` worry small business owners too much and hence force them to run their business as their primary job? We look at several main components of `business friendliness` including `Ease of start`, `Ease of hire`, `Overall regulations`, and `Training and networking`. We also look at subcomponents including the different types of regulations and technology use. How does each of these factors affect a business owner’s decision to focus mainly on his/her business? We use the `United States Small Business Friendliness Survey` done by Kauffman Foundation and Thumptack.com in 2013 and converted the letter scores ranging from A+ to F in the survey to numerical scores ranging from 12 to 1 (i.e. 1 being the lowest score which corresponds to F). Therefore, after the conversion, each state has a numerical score on each business-friendliness category. The survey also asks business owners if they use the internet when starting a business, when paying their taxes, or when licensing. For each state, we compute the percentage of owners in each state using the internet when starting a business, when paying their taxes, or when licensing. We call these three percentage numbers for each state their `Internetstart`, `Internettax`, and `Internetlicensing` scores. Then, using the mean score for all states for each type of regulation or internet score, we divide the states into two groups: the `high-score states` and the `low-score states`. In our analysis, we use non-parametric tests to compare the `high-score states` to the `low-score states`. Our non-parametric tests show that although none of the main components (i.e. `Ease of start`, `Ease of hire`, `Overall regulations`, and `Training and networking`) seem to affect `primary employment`, the overall business friendliness score of a state significantly affects `primary employment`. When we examine the different types of regulations, we find that `Health and safety regulations`, `Licensing regulations`, and `Zoning regulations` affect `primary employment`. `Employment regulations`, `Tax code`, or `Environmental regulations` does not have a significant impact. These findings may indicate that business owners are more worried with regard to Health and safety regulations, Licensing regulations, and Zoning regulations, therefore more of them choose to take matters into their own hands. Another possible explanation may be the relative complexity of the tasks associated with these regulations. Finally, our results show that technology use in the entrepreneurial process does not affect `Primary employment`.

Artificial Intelligence(AI) and Internet of Things(IoT) are popular domains in Computer Science. AIoT converges AI and IoT, thereby applying AI into IoT. When ‘things’ are programmed and connected to the Internet, IoT comes into place. But when these IoT systems, can analyze data and have decision-making potential without human intervention, AIoT is achieved. AI powers IoT through Decision-Making and Machine Learning, IoT powers AI through data exchange and connectivity. With the AI’s brain and IoT’s body, the systems can have shot-up efficiency, performance and learning from user interactions. Some studies show that, by 2022, AIoT devices such as drones to save rainforests or fully automated cars, would be ruling the computer industries. The paper discusses AIoT at a greater depth, focuses on few case studies of AIoT for better understanding on practical levels, and lastly, proposes an idea for a model which suggests food through emotion analysis.

The institute of mediation is becoming increasingly popular. This is due to several factors, including the possibility to save on attorneys' fees and court costs. Mediation also helps to save a lot of time and find a solution to the conflict that would satisfy both parties as quickly as possible. During the pandemic, the institution of mediation, like many other spheres of public life, moved online. The mediation process itself involves individuals who use online communication or even artificial intelligence, such as chatbots. Thus, in connection with the transition of mediation to the online plane, there is a need for legal support for the use of innovative technologies in the field of mediation. Thus, the article is relevant and timely in terms of quarantine restrictions. The object of research is public relations in the field of online mediation. The authors of the article used general and special research methods. The authors of the article concluded that online mediation is a useful institution, but the implementation of appropriate procedures must take care to protect private information, as there is no full control over the situation outside the camera of a computer, tablet, phone, or other device with access on the Internet.
