Renewable energy resources such as wind, wave, solar and biomass are becoming more important, and Wind-PV-ES hybrid power system is a promising and efficient utilization of renewable energy. Based on the sequential Monte-Carlo simulation approach, an evaluation model of Wind-PV-ES hybrid generation system is built, and storage time series model is optimized. Lastly, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model is verified by a practical example, and the system impacts of PV penetration level, energy storage capacity and rated output power are illustrated.

Because clean energy and traditional energy have different advantages and disadvantages, it is of great significance to evaluate comprehensive benefits for hybrid power systems. Based on thorough analysis of important characters on hybrid power systems, an index system including security, economic benefit, environmental benefit, and social benefit is established in this paper. Due to advantages of processing abundant uncertain and fuzzy information, vague set is used to determine the decision matrix. Convert vague decision matrix to real one by vague combination ruleand determine uncertain degrees of different indexes by grey incidence analysis, then the mass functions of different comment set in different indexes are obtained. Information can be fused in accordance with Dempster-Shafer (D-S) combination rule and the evaluation result is got by vague set and D-S evidence theory. A simulation of hybrid power system including thermal power, wind power, and photovoltaic power in China is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and potential of the proposed design scheme. It can be clearly seen that the uncertainties in decision making can be dramatically decreased compared with existing methods in the literature. The actual implementation results illustrate that the proposed index system and evaluation model based on vague set and D-S evidence theory are effective and practical to evaluate comprehensive benefit of hybrid power system.

More and more distributed generations are interconnected to distribution network. Its operation state should be evaluated comprehensively and effectively. This paper gives index of each level to judge interconnecting operation through comparing guides of interconnecting distributed resources with electric power system in different countries. A comprehensive and complete evaluation model based on Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Synthetically Evaluating Method is proposed. The index weights are set through analyzing the relationship between each index, while certainties and uncertainties are described by setting membership grade. Finally, a demonstration is given and reasonable analysis results are attained, thus the feasibility and efficiency of the model that might be conductive to the description of interconnecting distributed resources with electric power system are verified.

With the deepening of the power system reform since 2015, the construction of the electricity retail market continues to accelerate, the activity and competition of the electricity retail market continues to increase. In order to better guide the construction and development of China’s electricity retail market, it is necessary to accurately evaluate its construction effectiveness, finding the effectiveness and deficiencies, and making electricity retail market play the decisive role in the allocation of electricity resources. This article proposes a new set of construction effectiveness evaluation model for electricity retail market. It establishes the key factors of power retail market construction effectiveness from the seven aspects of market mechanism, market openness, market concentration, market quality, market performance, electricity retail side service content diversity and market satisfaction, etc. The corresponding evaluation index system is formed to measure the effectiveness of the electricity retail market construction, which helps to guide the discovery of weak links in retail market construction of power system and improve them in a timely manner. The validity of the proposed model is proved by case study.

Aiming at multiple attribute in electric power system black start scheme evaluation, the characteristics of the subjective and objective weights are difficult to determine; Entropy weight method can not ensure independence; DEA model can't completely sorted and judgment matrix all of 1 problem may come up, this paper puts forward improved DEA/AHP model. According to the index of evaluation index focus type optimal selection, the worst plan to join the group evaluation schemes for evaluation. This method not only can guarantee the independence of the scheme can achieve full sort again, avoid the process of calculating the weight at the same time, to enhance the objectivity. The method is simple in calculation and reliable results, tianjin power grid black start scheme evaluation results prove the effectiveness of this method.

Several blackouts happened in a worldwide area, it exposures the vulnerability of continual increment of power system scale. The weak link has a strengthening effect on the spread of the accelerated failure, and leads to the occurrence of cascading failures, it's a serious threat to the security and stability of the grid. Based on the existing researches, the article proposes a new structure vulnerability evaluation model based on improved electrical betweenness, and verifies the rationality and effectiveness of this model by the analysis of the IEEE-39 node system.
