Abstract Background and Objectives Clinical decision support systems (CDSS) hold promise to influence clinician behavior at the point of care in nursing homes (NHs) and improving care delivery. However, the success of these interventions depends on their fit with workflow. The purpose of this study was to characterize workflow in NHs and identify implications of workflow for the design and implementation of CDSS in NHs. Research Design and Methods We conducted a descriptive study at 2 NHs in a metropolitan area of the Mountain West Region of the United States. We characterized clinical workflow in NHs, conducting 18 observation sessions and interviewing 15 staff members. A multilevel work model guided our data collection and framework method guided data analysis. Results The qualitative analysis revealed specific aspects of multilevel workflow in NHs: (a) individual, (b) work group/unit, (c) organization, and (d) industry levels. Data analysis also revealed several additional themes regarding workflow in NHs: centrality of ongoing relationships of staff members with the residents to care delivery in NHs, resident-centeredness of care, absence of memory aids, and impact of staff members’ preferences on work activities. We also identified workflow-related differences between the two settings. Discussion and Implications Results of this study provide a rich understanding of the characteristics of workflow in NHs at multiple levels. The design of CDSS in NHs should be informed by factors at multiple levels as well as the emergent processes and contextual factors. This understanding can allow for incorporating workflow considerations into CDSS design and implementation.

The purposes of this study were (1) to generate a design and implement the result of the design for the development of e-modul assisted CAI media on the subject of photography for tenth grade of Desain Komunikasi Visual at SMK Negeri 1 Sukasada, (2) to know the responses of the teacher and students toward development of e-modul assisted CAI media on the subject of photography for tenth grade of Desain Komunikasi Visual at SMK Negeri 1 Sukasada. The learning model that used in the development of electronic modul was project based learning. The type of research used in this study was the Research and Development (R&D) using ADDIE development model. The subjects of this study were tenth grade students of Desain Komunikasi Visual at SMK Negeri 1 Sukasada in academic year 2016/2017. In order to know the response of the teacher and students of e-module photography, questionnaire was used to obtain the data. The results showed that: (1) The design and implementation of e-module assisted CAI media which have been developed on the photography course for tenth grade of Desain Komunikasi Visual at SMK Negeri 1 Sukasada was successfully applied by some of the tests conducted. (2) The results of the data analysis showed that the mean score obtained from teacher’s responses was 47, if it converted into a table of classification response; it was classified as the category of very positive. Meanwhile, the mean score obtained from the students' response of the development of e-module, was 67,79, if it converted into a table of classification response, student responses classified as category of very positive.Keywords: E-Module, Photography, Project Based Learning

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Pengembangan E-modul Berbasis Project Based Learningpada Mata Pelajaran Pemrograman Web Kelas X  di SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. (2)Untuk mengetahui respon siswa dan guru terhadap Pengembangan E-modul Berbasis Project Based Learningpada Mata Pelajaran Pemrograman Web Kelas X  di SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan dan guru mata pelajaran Pemrograman Web di SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Untuk mengetahui respon siswa dan guru terhadap e-modul diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode angket.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Hasil rancangan dan implementasi e-modul yang telah dikembangkan pada mata pelajaran pemrograman web untuk siswa kelas X Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning di SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja dinyatakan berhasil diterapkan berdasarkan beberapa uji yang dilakukan. 2) Hasil analisis data respon siswa menunjukkan bahwa persentase siswa yang memberikan respon sangat baik sebesar 16%, persentase siswa yang memberikan respon baik sebesar 84%, dan tidak ada siswa yang memberikan respon cukup, kurang, maupun sangat kurang. Sedangkan hasil analisis data respon guru menunjukkan bahwa persentase guru yang memberikan respon sangat baik sebesar 100%, dan tidak ada guru yang memberikan respon baik, cukup, kurang, maupun sangat kurang. Kata kunci:  E-Modul, Pemrograman Web, Model Project Based Learning AbstractThe purposes of this research were (1) To design and implement of the Development of E-module based the Project Based Learning on the Web Programming Subject of the X grade of SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. The subjects of the study were all of the students and the teachers of X grade of Computer and Networking Engineering department of SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja in the academic year 2016/2017. To know the students and the teachers response toward the e-module obtained was collected by questionnaires method.The results has showed that: 1) The design and implementation of e-module that was developed on the web programming for the students of X grade of Computerand Networking Engineering department of SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja by using model Project Based Learning was successfully applied according the several test that has done before, 2) The results of the data analysis of students response have indicated that the percentage of 16% were good, the precentage of good were 84%, and no student response was for moderate, deficient, nor very deficient. Besides, the results of the teachers response data analysis showed that the percentage of 100% for very well response and no teacher gave for good, moderate, deficient, nor very deficient. Keywords : E-Module, Web Programming, Project Based Learning Model

As a part of the Strategy for modernization, customs administrations face a need for the introduction of new communication information technologies (ICTs) that builds on a long and successful European history on technology and innovation. Hence, apart from compliance of legislation that prescribes customs procedures, customs authorities face important decisions regarding design and implementation. In that context, this empirical research explores the extent to what digitalization of the Customs Administration of Serbia can improve the customs transit performances, in terms of enforcement of trading policy, without applying certain managerial tools, such as process thinking in lean innovation. The final data analysis of the research indicates that managing the organization through the functional units, rather than the processes, and without applying lean principles to the digital transformation initiative would not completely standardize the customs transit procedure.
