This article aims to explain the field findings related to the socio-economic conditions of the community in Beji village. The village was known as the base of the santri and the socio-economic impacts that provide value to the life of the community around the pesantren. The research used a qualitative method with a constructivism approach. Excavation of data through in-depth interview techniques and field observations and enriched with document studies. Informants interviewed were determined through the snowballing techniques. The result of the research shows that the existence of Manbail Futuh pesantren in the middle of village society not only serves to serve religious education (Islam) but with the number of santri coming from various regions, so the existence of pesantren also gives a socio-economic impact for the surrounding community. Against the community the economic benefits provided by pesantren is not active but passive. This is because the pesantren is limited to providing opportunities for local residents in the pesantren location to accommodate 833 students of mukim and has an active student of 2,469 people without attracting any pennies for "retribution". Sociologically, the socio-economic relation between pesantren and the local people who work as a sword gives birth to the pattern of the economic behavior of mashlahat. It can be said that the economic action played by pesantren is a substantive economy based on Islamic moral values, namely the principles of ta'awun (mutual help) and the principle of maslahat (the common good).

Youth Mentoring is the process of matching mentors with young people who need or want a caring responsible adult in their lives. It is defined as an on-going relationship between a caring adult and a young person which is required for self-development, professional growth and carrier development of the mentee and mentors both and all this must be placed within a specific institution context. The purpose of this article is to quantitatively review the three major areas of mentoring research (youth, academic, and workplace) to determine the overall effect size associated with mentoring outcomes for students.

The objective of this research was to describes the morality contained in the novel Affairs at the Negeri di Ujung Tanduk the works Tere Liye. The research method used content analysis. The data in this research is a sentence containing the moral values ​​contained by the novel of the State at Ujung Tanduk Karya Tere Liye. Technique of collecting data using documentation technique and record. Data analysis techniques with steps: data reduction, data tabulation and coding, interpretation, classification, and conclusion. The result of the research shows that morality in Tere Liye Negeri di Ujung Tanduk novel is: first, human relationships with other human beings in the form of self existence, self esteem, self confidence, fear, death, longing, resentment, loneliness, maintaining the sanctity of greed, developing courage, honesty, hard work, patient, resilient, cheerful, steadfast, open, visionary, independent, brave, courageous, optimistic, envy, hypocritical, reflective, responsible, principle, confident, disciplined , and voracious. Second, human relationships with other humans or social and nature in the form of cooperation, acquaintance, hypocrisy, caring, hypocrisy, caring, friendship, smile, mutual help, and betrayal. Third human relationships in the form of God's menthidising and avoiding shirk, piety and pleading with prayers, prayers performed by human beings, as an awareness that everything in this universe belongs to God. The need for change is particularly expressed in educational organizations. In education, the changes are always associated with the reforms required by the Ministry of Education and Science, and much less often seen as a permanent process that is initiated and continues throughout each school. That is exactly why the school, especially at this time of decentralization, should appear as the initiator of the change. However, it must be noted that in the teaching, non-teaching staff, and in the school leadership, there is resistance to school changes. Hence the idea that resistance to change would be reduced if the director and employees feel the need for change, if they are the initiators of the change or at least participate in the planning and execution of the change. The complexity of the school stems from the everyday relations of a teacher - student, teacher - teacher, and pupil - student. The most frequent occurrence of this is the so-called collision of generations. It practically means a clash of two cultures - climates, an adult culture (teachers), and a culture of youth (students). It all takes place in an environment with its own surrounding called school. This environment and this surrounding are characterized by certain traditions, customs, norms, habits, achieved results, manners of behaviour and communication, religion and so on. All this together with all its complexity, dynamism and openness we call the culture of the school. The word culture has a Latin origin - colare, which means nurturing, developing and embellishing. Culture and climate are interactive states of common characteristics of group influence on the environment. The paradigm of school culture goes hand in hand with the paradigm of inequality and the option of greater autonomy in schools. According to several authors, schools should not be forced to produce quick results, only for the benefit of politicians and for public satisfaction. This means that the educated results should be held accountable by the school principals, not the ministers. This practically means penetration into management, from slow changes to controlled systems (top-down changes), to school support systems (bottom-up changes). It is important to note that each school has its own recognizable culture. The school's culture can be increased in different ways. Basically, it is a content of mutually divided values. Divided values can also be experienced in the form of rituals and repetition ceremonies. This paper aims to show that through the improvement of school culture and school climate, a positive atmosphere of order and discipline, a way of communicating staff, established vision for development will be ensured, and all this towards the construction of an effective and efficient school.
