Every organisation irrespective of its size primarily cares about its most valuable and indispensable asset the Human Resource (HR). At present, In many organisations the processes of Human Resource Development (HRD) have undergone a great transformation from a conventional mode (Human intensive manual system) to a computerised one. The objective of this paper is to discuss about design, implementation and analyzing about the impact of computerised HR process in Workforce Training Management using web based self service portal for the entire training process. Experimental analysis revealed that the automated system improves transparency, traceability, ease of access, flexibility and also enhances the overall system efficiency.

“Online Exam Portal” is an on-line test simulator is to take online examination, test in an efficient manner and no time wasting for manually checking of the test paper. The main objective of this web based online exam portal is to efficiently evaluate the student thoroughly through a fully automated system that not only saves lot of time but also gives fast and accurate results. For students they give papers according to their convenience from any location by using internet and time and there is no need of using extra thing like paper, pen etc. Online exam portal helps students to offer a quick and easy way to appear for the test. It also provides the results immediately after the examination with 100% accuracy and security. Student can enter to perform exam only with their valid username and password. This examination contains multiple choice questions and appropriate number of options. There are no limitations on number of options and it can be randomized so same set of question will not appear to all student so it prevent manipulation. More than one option can be correct but the user can select only one option. This provides time limit. The user can see their results after completing the exam. This helps the students to write the exam from far distance and which can provide security and simplicity and other beneficial features to the user

The issues arising during the operation of the GTS of the hydromelioration complex are considered. The level of reliability and degree of safety of the CTA are assessed by comparing the actual indicators of the state of the CTA (monitoring results) with the safety criteria. The comparison of the main parameters of the GTS with the safety criteria is made during the declaration. The interval between the drafting of the Safety Declaration for Hydraulic Structures is five years. Such an interval is a periodic certification rather than monitoring. Exists of the tеhere is a need to create an automated system for monitoring the GTS. Such a system should be multi-level, with role-based access, and be a decision support system. Development of the system is possible using modern web technologies. At each step of the hierarchy, it is possible to solve problems of the appropriate level of complexity. The web system consists of a web interface that provides the ability to store and process the necessary information. The web-based system allows remote users to connect via the Internet. The system is based on the freely available software MySQL 5.5. In the database, the tables type used is InnoDB. The database is based on intelligence on hydraulic structures, similar to the information provided by the owner when they are certified. When monitoring the GTS, the complexes of instrumentation installed on the constructions are used. Information gathering can be done both manually and automated, through measuringdevices. The complex of technical means should use modern unified means of mass production with a service life of at least 10 years. Sensors certified in Russia should be used. Information obtained as a result of the functioning of an automated system for monitoring the GTS can be used to solve a wide range of production tasks.

Water supplied to residential areas is prone to contaminants due to pipe residues and silt, and therefore resulted in cloudiness, unfavorable taste, and odor in water. Turbidity, a measure of water cloudiness, is one of the important factors for assessing water quality. This paper proposes a low-cost turbidity system based on a light detection unit to measure the cloudiness in water. The automated system uses Intel Galileo 2 as the microprocessor and a server for a web-based monitoring system. The turbidity detection unit consists of a Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) and a Light Emitting Diode (LED) inside a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe. Turbidity readings were recorded for two different positionings; 90° and 180° between the detector (LDR) and the incident light (LED). Once the turbidity level reached a threshold level, the system will trigger the filtration process to clean the water. The voltage output captured from the designed system versus total suspended solid (TSS) in sample water is graphed and analyzed in two different conditions; in total darkness and in the present of ambient light. This paper also discusses and compares the results from the above-mentioned conditions when the system is submerged in still and flowing water. It was found that the trends of the plotted graph decline when the total suspended solid increased for both 90° and 180° detector turbidimeter in all conditions which imitate the trends of a commercial turbidimeter. By taking the consideration of the above findings, the design can be recommended for a low-cost real-time web-based monitoring system of the water quality in an IOT environment.

The tourist cluster has recently occupied one of the central places in the socio-economic system of the region. The lack of efficient methodology of managing the resources of the regional constituent entities (using the example of housekeeping service of the hotel) is an unsolved problem. The existing methods of management are ineffective in the conditions of modern activity of the hotel. The proposed solution is to use pro-active resource management methodology. The pro-active management methodology includes the following models: management of the housekeeping personnel, management of the laundry, forecasting the housekeeping resource requirements, support for the management decisions made by the housekeeping service manager. The developed methodology is used as a basis for PaUR web-based automated system. Machine learning methods were used to implement the model of forecasting the need for housekeeping resources, the main advantage of which is the operational retraining of models required due to the rapidly changing situation in the operational activities of the hotels. The use of the proposed methodology allows increasing the labor productivity of housekeeping service personnel, reducing costs, as well as using an open and effective system of staff motivation.

Online e-journal databases enable scholars to search the literature in a research domain, or to cross-search an interdisciplinary field. The key literature can thereby be efficiently mapped out. This study builds a Web-based citation analysis system consisting of four modules: (1) literature search; (2) statistics; (3) articles analysis; and (4) co-citation analysis. The system focuses on the PubMed Central dataset and facilitates specific keyword searches in each research domain in terms of authors, journals, and core issues. In addition, we use data mining techniques for co-citation analysis. The results could assist researchers to develop an in-depth understanding of the research domain. An automated system for co-citation analysis promises to facilitate understanding of the changing trends that affect the journal structure of research domains. The proposed system has the potential to become a value-added database of the healthcare domain, which will benefit researchers.
