The article presents the results of field experiments on the study of the technology of drip irrigation of a young almond orchard on terraces with clear cover with tillage soil surface, with use of mulching and overseeding of perennial grasses. In the variant with mulching, the minimum amount of irrigation observed – 24, with the irrigation norm – 1904 litre per tree. In other cases, the number of irrigation events increases from 8 to 23, respectively, the irrigation norms are 1.39 and 2.06 times.

Due to the lack of scientifically grounded technologies for the cultivation of red raspberries in the gardens and nurseries of the Non-Chernozem zone of the Russian Federation, aimed at the minimum use of resources and funds, it is relevant research to establish the effect of different moisture availability on the growth, development and productivity of raspberries, as well as the development of an optimal soil moisture regime in the Non-Chernozemregion. Field research is carried out on the territory of the training and experimental farm, the fruit-growing laboratory «Michurinsky Garden». Russian State Agrarian University – Moscow Agricultural Academy named after K.A. Timiryazev. The experiment is two-factor, aimed at studying the different pre-irrigation moisture thresholds for the development of two varieties of raspberries, was laid in the fall of 2018.

In order to implement market principles and mechanisms in the field of management and financing of agriculture and water resources in Uzbekistan, organizational forms, regulations, methods and tools of management in this area are being radically improved. Agro-industrial clusters are a potential source of financing for water management organizations, they have a great potential for providing high-quality water management services and introducing paid water use based on market mechanisms.

On the lands of the Trigorskoye farm, in September 2020, an offsite seminar was held by the section of reclamation of agricultural lands of the Scientific Council of the Agrophysical Research Institute. The seminar participants included more than 30 specialists in the field of agricultural reclamation. The work on cleaning the tubular collector from the flow regulator well with the Poseidon installation with a jet flushing nozzle was demonstrated. The results of the removal of sludge from the tubular collector were verified by the method of excavation and extraction of pipes from the drainage line. Experts of the Agrophysical Research Institute, using an unmanned aerial vehicle, surveyed a section of the drainage reclamation system in order to determine the locations of faults in the closed tubular drainage. The results of the studies obtained will be used by the design and operating organizations of the Pskov region in the development of new technologies for restoring the operation of the drainage pipe drainage with its expired guaranteed service life.

Rational use of natural resources is one of the most acute problems not only in Belarus, but throughout the world. The development of industry, transport and the use of high-intensive technologies in agricultural sector result in the increase of air, land and water pollution. At the same time, wastewater is one of the sources of pollution, despite the fact that much attention is paid to their treatment and neutralization. Currently, various technologies are used for the disposal and treatment of livestock waste. One of them is the utilization of livestock waste for fertilizer irrigation of crops. For practical implementation of fertilizer irrigation, specialized reclamation systems have been built, a technology at the complexes that is based on the principle of full water circulation. Typically, such systems include a network of underground pipelines and irrigation equipment for irrigation, various purpose hydraulic structures, a fence and a drainage network for collecting contaminated surface and drainage water, which accumulate and reuse it for irrigation. When analyzing the operation of such water circulation system, at first glance it seems that the spread of pollution outside the irrigated territory is excluded. However, practical experience shows that complete cleaning and environmental safety, even on advanced systems, is not provided. Therefore, the performance of individual elements of the water reclamation system for fertilizer irrigation requires in-depth study and improvement.

The review presents data from studies on climate change in the Arctic and subarctic regions of Russia It is showed, that climate changes unevenly within different regions and seasons. In Yakutia there is a tendency of more frequent events, such as: unexpected spring floods, summer-autumn rain floods, heavy precipitation in winter and other phenomena resulted in hydrodynamic accidents at low-pressure water management structures as well as water supply decrease for reclamation purposes. Takin into account the results of the analysis, it can be assumed that the adaptive technologies application under conditions of climate change in order to increase water availability in the rural areas of both Yakutia and Subarctic zones is a fundamental direction of scientific research in the field of land melioration in the cryolithozone of Yakutia in the context of climate change, which requires research updating to improve methods, new technical, constructive and technological solutions in hydraulic amelioration.

The effective of forest reclamation in oligotrophic and eutrophic swamps in the southern taiga and forest-steppe zones of Western Siberia are described. The state of the hydrological and gas regime of peat deposits is analyzed. It is concluded that forest reclamation 60 years ago on oligotrophic and eutrophic swamps has little effect on the hydrological and gas regime of the reclaimed territory at this moment. These regimes are approaching to their natural state, which indicates that the area is re-waterlogged in the absence of operation of the drainage system.

The basis of adaptive landscape diagnostics and assessment of the structure of the soil cover of the reclaimed territories is based on the basin principle, since the drainage basin is the prevailing geosystem that forms the landscape everywhere, the fundamental concept of which is based on the idea of the interrelation and interdependence of all natural phenomena of the earth’s surface. The key geosystem unit for mapping the soil cover structure and its diagnostics in the catchment area is the transect-catena. In the transect-catena, as a natural body, not torn out of the space and time of regional development of the territory and being its full-scale model, and an information key, the areal «geometric shape» (cartography) of the soil cover is combined with catenary (geochemical conjugation) and with structural functionally organization of geosystems.

The possibility of using purified wastewater from iron ions with an alkaline reagent based on the fruit shells of cereal crops for irrigation of agricultural crops is shown. The germination rate of oat, wheat and barley seeds when using industrial effluents purified with a traditional and alternative reagent reaches 97 % compared to the control.
