Von Industrierobotern wird zunehmend eine hohe Bahn genauigkeit und ein gutes Störunterdrückungsverhalten gefordert. Um dem gerecht zu werden, wird hier ein semiaktiver Dämpfungsansatz vorgestellt, der Antriebsstrangschwingungen aktorbasiert dämpft. Damit geht ein stärker gedämpftes Systemverhalten einher, wodurch sich die Regelverstärkungsfaktoren erhöhen lassen. Das Resultat ist ein verbessertes Gesamtverhalten, das an einem „Kr210–2“ von Kuka mit semiaktiver Dämpfung an Achse 1 nachgewiesen wird.   Industrial robots are increasingly required to provide high path accuracy and good disturbance rejection behavior. In order to achieve this, a semi-active damping approach is presented, which damps drive train vibrations actuator-based. This leads to a more damped system behavior, allowing control gains to be increased. The result is an improved overall behavior, which is demonstrated on a Kuka Kr210–2 with semi-active damping on axis 1.

Als Beitrag zur Gewichtsreduktion von Komponenten im Antriebsstrang moderner PKWs wird am IFU Stuttgart und am IUL Dortmund ein neues Verfahren zur Herstellung hohler Bauteile mittels Querfließpressen entwickelt. Aufbauend auf ersten Machbarkeitsuntersuchungen werden in dieser Veröffentlichung Maßnahmen gezeigt, mit denen das herstellbare Geometriespektrum hinsichtlich der Verfahrensgrenze gegen Risse erweitert sowie eine Verbesserung der Formabweichung erreicht werden kann.   As a contribution towards a reduction in weight of automotive drive train components, a new process for producing hollow components by lateral extrusion is being developed at the Institute for Metal Forming Technology (IFU) in Stuttgart and the Institute of Forming Technology and Lightweight Construction (IUL) in Dortmund. Based upon first feasibility studies, methods are shown in this publication to extend the spectrum of the producible geometries and to achieve a high level of form accuracy.

This paper provided a validated modeling and a simulation of a 6 degree freedom vehicle longitudinal model and drive-train component in a series hybrid electric vehicle. The 6-DOF vehicle dynamics model consisted of tire subsystems, permanent magnet synchronous motor which acted as the prime mover coupled with an automatic transmission, hydraulic brake subsystem, battery subsystem, alternator subsystem and internal combustion engine to supply the rotational input to the alternator. A speed and torque tracking control systems of the electric power train were developed to make sure that the power train was able to produce the desired throttle torque in accelerating the vehicle. A human-in-the-loop-simulation was utilized as a mechanism to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed hybrid electric vehicle. The proposed simulation was used as the preliminary result in identifying the capability of the vehicle in terms of the maximum speed produced by the vehicle and the capability of the alternator to recharge the battery. Several tests had been done during the simulation, namely sudden acceleration, acceleration and braking test and unbounded motion. The results of the simulation showed that the proposed hybrid electric vehicle can produce a speed of up to 70 km/h with a reasonable charging rate to the battery. The findings from this study can be considered in terms of design, optimization and implementation in a real vehicle.
