SummaryA routine has been developed for the processing of the 5820 plates of the survey. The plates are measured on the automatic measuring machine, GALAXY, and the measures are subsequently processed by computer, to edit and then refer them to the SAO catalogue. A start has been made on measuring the plates, but the final selection of stars to be made is still a matter for discussion.

The optimized air measuring station location of mine airway based on air fully developed was proposed and numerical tests were conducted with six models. The independence of air fully development and inlet velocity was analyzed which validated the models and the numerical methods. The results show that optimized air measuring station location in head entry is 132m-198m after the airway turning while 5.0m-10.1m before the airway turning in tail entry.

Carbon dioxide is the very important material of plants when they are making food by means of photosynthesis. The concentration of carbon dioxide restricts photosynthesis and respiration in a dose-dependent manner. Therefore, keeping stability concentration of carbon dioxide is quite important for plant to grow rapidly. This paper mainly introduced the system composition and working principle of carbon dioxide automatic measuring instrument, the system taking Freescale MCU as control core. The instrument can collect signal, display data and reset by connecting with the PC. The experiment result states clearly this carbon dioxide automatic measuring instrument has practical value and application significance.

The paper will present the implementation of a hybrid power supply for telecommunication and corresponding measuring equipment of remote measuring stations, which are an integral part of the flood protection system. Solar power is the primary energy source during the day, while in night conditions it is actually used as a distribution network (which also supplies street lighting). The power system is implemented with two controlled MPPT chargers (mains and solar), 12V / 110Ah battery bank and associated monitoring system. The paper will present key experimental results obtained during the release of a concrete realized measuring station and associated telecommunication equipment, on the Ub River, Ub Municipality.

The paper is about a research focused on a development of thin slabs made from white UHPC. These slabs are reinforced by scattered PVA fibres and textile glass reinforcement in form of 2D net. The aim of the experiment is the development of tin slabs that can be used as facade or roof panels. The course of the experimental tests of these slabs and its correspondence with the numeric analysis made with ATHENA software is in the paper. Three slab specimens with size of 750 x 125 x 15 mm were tested in four-point bending. The white UHPC matrix was reinforced by the scattered PVA fibres and the 2D textile glass reinforcement with mesh 20 x 20 mm. The used 2D reinforcement was coated against alkali conditions, so called AR - Glass with 2400 TEX fineness. The reinforcement was placed and fixed near the lower surface of the slabs. The course of the tests was continually monitored by an automatic measuring unit where especially the acting force, the deformation in the middle of the span, the deformation in the supports and the progressive formation and development of cracks were detected. The numeric model was created in 3D surroundings of Gid 2011 program and then converted into ATENA software.
