To solve the problem of information security management the method was proposed that allows determining the degree of importance of confidential documents of the organization. The urgency of the proposed algorithm was substantiated taking into account the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the sphere of information security. The stages prior to the formation of the list of confidential documents of the organization were described. A review of the main documents of the legal and regulatory framework was carried out including documents relating to the state regulation of relations in the sphere of information security. The classes of protected information for the accessing categories were considered. The criteria changes of the value of information in the process of time were represented. The algorithm of formation of the list of confidential documents of the organization based on the properties of information was offered. The algorithm is based on an expert method of pair comparison of alternatives. The result of the use of this method is a number of confidential documents, ranked in descending order of importance. For each document the weighting factor of importance can be calculated. The verification stage of the degree of expert consistency was included in the methodology to eliminate the use of erroneous expert data. The application of the methodology is illustrated by a calculated example.

Abstract The authors of the paper present a problem of pricing assets lost in result of mining catastrophes. In the subsequent steps of a pricing procedure the Authors suggest a methodology of an asset identification in relation to its technical, functional and environmental wear and particular methods of calculating its value. In the paper there were market, property and income method included, it especially concerned the technique of pair comparison, average price correction and statistical market analysis as well as the technique of replacement cost, reconstruction cost and investment method.

This prospective study assessed the advantages and problems associated with converting a patient using an older generation non-indwelling voice prosthesis to a newer generation indwelling voice prosthesis, in this case the Provox®2. The voice characteristics of each patient were measured using the old and then the new voice prosthesis. Technical aspects of the insertion of the indwelling prosthesis were noted. Each patient completed a questionnaire after a period of use with the indwelling prosthesis.Changing the prosthesis was simple and uncomplicated in 15 of 17 patients. Acoustic analysis showed improved parameters with the indwelling prosthesis, but no perceptual difference between the two prostheses. The questionnaire revealed that most patients preferred the indwelling prosthesis.Replacing a non-indwelling with an indwelling prosthesis is technically simple, leading to improvement in voice quality and patient satisfaction. It may be reasonable to offer this choice to patients currently using an older generation non-indwelling voice prosthesis.

<div class="MsoTitle" style="margin: 12pt 0in 15pt;"><p>An AHP matrix of the quotients of the pair comparison priorities is transformed to a matrix of shares of the preferences which can be used in Markov stochastic modeling via the Chapman-Kolmogorov system of equations for the discrete states. It yields a general solution and the steady-state probabilities. The AHP priority vector can be interpreted as these probabilities belonging to the discrete states corresponding to the compared items. The results of stochastic modeling correspond to robust estimations of priority vectors not prone to influence of possible errors among the elements of a pairwise comparison matrix.</p></div><div class="MsoTitle" style="margin: 12pt 0in 15pt;"> </div>
