In order to accomplish tracking of moving objects requirements, and overcome the defect of occlusion in the process of tracking moving object, this paper presents a method which uses a combination of MeanShift and Kalman filter algorithm. MeanShift object tracking algorithm uses a histogram to describe the color characteristics of an object, and search the location of an image region that the color histogram is closest to the histogram of the object. Histogram similarity is defined in terms of the Bhattacharya coefficient. When the moving object is a large area blocked, the future state of moving object is estimated by Kalman filter. Experimental results verify that the proposed algorithm achieves efficient tracking of moving objects under the confusing situations.

This work describes several methods that intend to solve such medical image processing tasks as extraction and 3D visualization of the region of interest (ROI). The proposed methods were tested on the medical images of a brain acquired by computer tomography and proven to be applicable to different types of ROI, resulting in a possible visualization of several ROI at once, i.e. pathology and the head of a patient. The results can be used to provide practical improvements to the reliability of medical diagnostics.

The online English teaching system has certain requirements for the intelligent scoring system, and the most difficult stage of intelligent scoring in the English test is to score the English composition through the intelligent model. In order to improve the intelligence of English composition scoring, based on machine learning algorithms, this study combines intelligent image recognition technology to improve machine learning algorithms, and proposes an improved MSER-based character candidate region extraction algorithm and a convolutional neural network-based pseudo-character region filtering algorithm. In addition, in order to verify whether the algorithm model proposed in this paper meets the requirements of the group text, that is, to verify the feasibility of the algorithm, the performance of the model proposed in this study is analyzed through design experiments. Moreover, the basic conditions for composition scoring are input into the model as a constraint model. The research results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper has a certain practical effect, and it can be applied to the English assessment system and the online assessment system of the homework evaluation system algorithm system.

Tracking systems of moving objects provide a useful means to better control, manage and secure them. Tracking systems are used in different scales of applications such as indoors, outdoors and even used to track vehicles, ships and air planes moving over the globe. This paper presents the design and implementation of a system for tracking objects moving over a wide geographical area. The system depends on the Global Positioning System (GPS) and Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) technologies without requiring the Internet service. The implemented system uses the freely available GPS service to determine the position of the moving objects. The tests of the implemented system in different regions and conditions show that the maximum uncertainty in the obtained positions is a circle with radius of about 16 m, which is an acceptable result for tracking the movement of objects in wide and open environments.
