Das Ziel dieses Beitrags war, ein Verständnis über Reifegradmodelle zu erarbeiten und Potenziale sowie Grenzen der Anwendung in betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereichen aufzuzeigen. Dazu wurde der Begriff des Reifegradmodells von drei Perspektiven beleuchtet sowie eine Auswahl von Einsatzgebieten skizziert und mit Beispielen belegt. Im Ergebnis des Beitrags wurde deutlich, dass Reifegradmodelle per se sehr variabel verwendbare Instrumente sind, welche in nahezu allen denkbaren Bereichen im Unternehmen eingesetzt werden können und eine Reihe von Vorteilen mit sich bringen. Es wurde jedoch auch hervorgehoben, dass der Einsatz von Reifegradmodellen überlegt erfolgen muss, um die genannten Vorteile zu erlangen. Maturity models are management tools, which are mainly applied in Information Systems and Informatics. However, their roots are to be found in Business Administration, particularly in Quality Management. Therefore, the following article aims at introducing the concept of maturity models from a linguistic, an application-based, and a structural perspective prior to exemplarily presenting potential application domains in management and business administration. Supply chain management is the practice of coordinating the flow of goods, services, information and finances as they move from raw materials to parts supplier to manufacturer to wholesaler to retailer to consumer. Thus it is important for organisations to build up their partner networks supporting their long-term demand forecasts for capacity requirements. Constructing such an ecosystem, the companies need some supporting framework. The current article proposes maturity model based approach that could assist companies in their decisions.

Nowadays competition has been spread to supply chains, instead of individual enterprises. Therefore, beside evaluation of enterprise’s capabilities to manage business processes, it is important to assess capabilities for business process management at supply chain level. The purpose of the research presented in this paper is to point out the necessity of supply chain management maturity in implementation of best practice. Research methodology is based on supply chain management maturity models. Application of the Delphi method enabled usage of maturity model, adapted to the enterprises in Serbia. The value of the research precedes from unique combination of best practice elements for the assessment of supply chain management maturity level. The research results show that best practice elements are not very popular in the enterprises in Serbia. All enterprises are at the second and third maturity level. Bearing in mind that everything has to be improved continually, maturity models, proposed by different authors can be further developed by including certain statistical tools. The original contribution of this paper and its practical implication refer to including statistical tools, hierarchical cluster analysis and correlation, into maturity analysis, thus enabling creation of framework as a road-map for the improvement of supply chain management maturity.

AbstractProcess management is an essential element of modern management models, at the enterprise level, but also at the supply chain level. However, the importance of process management is explicitly indicated by the process management maturity models, through analysis of the level of process orientation, or through analysis of the level of quality of process orientation components. Starting from the fact that competition in modern conditions often takes place between supply chains, process management maturity grows into supply chain management maturity. Some of the supply chain management maturity models are SCMAT model, S(CM)2 model and SCPM3 model. In this paper the framework of another supply chain management maturity is formulated, by upgrading the SCOR model with process orientation, or SCORBPO model. This model involves analysis of the presence of supply chain management best practice, on one hand, and the presence of process orientation components, on the other hand. The aim of the research was to identify the maturity of enterprises in Serbia in applying supply chain management best practice, as well as process orientation components that are potential sources of competitive advantage or constraints for enterprises and supply chains. Analysis of justification of hypotheses is done by using correlation and regression analysis. The general conclusion is that between the presence of best practices and process orientation components there is a positive correlation, and that most of the process orientation components affect the implementation of supply chain management best practices.

Manajemen supply chain yang tidak maksimal akan mempengaruhi kinerja suatu perusahaan. Di Aceh Tengah terdapat suatu koperasi yaitu Koperasi Baitul Qiradh (KBQ) Baburrayyan yang sudah menerapkan manajemen supply chain. Koperasi ini bergerak di bisnis perdagangan biji kopi (green bean). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja supply chain dari KBQ Baburrayyan. Metode yang digunakan adalah SCOR® dengan praktik perbaikan Convergence of SCOR® with Lean and Six Sigma. Target kinerja yang diperoleh untuk total cost to serve adalah sebesar 94,71% dari nilai target 65,00% dan untuk return on supply chain fixed asset adalah sebesar 1,60 dari nilai target 2,50. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penggunaan praktik tersebut adalah terdapat 8 akar penyebab waste di antaranya kurangnya tenaga pengawas, training/briefing belum maksimal, kurangnya kepedulian tentang pentingnya K3, layout yang kurang efisien, belum adanya unit penyuluhan, alat yang masih sederhana, pekerjaan yang monoton, dan tidak dilarang secara tegas.   Supply chain management that is not optimal will affect the performance of a company. In Central Aceh there is a cooperative namely Koperasi Baitul Qiradh (KBQ) Baburrayyan which has implemented supply chain management. This cooperative is engaged in the business of trading in green beans. This study aims to measure the supply chain performance of KBQ Baburrayyan. The method used is SCOR® with the practice of improving Convergence of SCOR® with Lean and Six Sigma. The performance target for total cost to serve is 94.71% of the target value of 65.00% and the return on supply chain fixed assets is 1.60 of the target value of 2.50. The results obtained from the use of the practice are that there are 8 root causes of waste including lack of supervisors, training / briefing is not maximal, lack of concern about the importance of K3, inefficient layouts, absence of extension units, simple tools, monotonous work, and not strictly prohibited.
