This research aims to describe the problem of endorsement as a marketing strategy for Batik Kampus Online Shop Buaran Pekalongan from the perspective of Islamic business ethics. The approach used in this research is phenomenology. The research location is in Buaran Pekalongan precisely on Jl. Pelita II, No. 54, Jenggot Gang 4. Sources and data collection techniques in this study using semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Internal validity is done using triangulation, emic and member checking. Data analysis using reduction, display and drawing conclusions. The results of this study concluded that the endorsement marketing strategy carried out by Batik Kampus via Instagram and telegram contained two types of endosers, namely testimonials and celebrity appeal. Endorsement as a Kampus Batik marketing strategy in terms of Islamic Business Ethics as a whole on social media. The products that Batik Kampus promote are not exaggerating and in accordance with Islamic Sharia principles. Products that are traded include products that are polite and cover the body. The use of endorsement as a marketing strategy by Batik Kampus has had a significant positive impact as evidencing by the increased sales turnover and the increase in admins who help him in online business in the market place and proven by the assets owned by Moh. Abdul Ghoni. Kampus Batik services are very fast, friendly and accept dropshipping or packaging which can make it easier for buyers to buy and resell Batik Kampus products to consumers directly.

Every businessman must apply ethics properly. With the correct application of ethics, the business activities carried out will run correspondingly to the applicable religious rules. Ethics that must be considered in doing business include ethics with fellow entrepreneurs, employees, customers and the community. This research is a qualitative research that uses descriptive analysis, which describes all the data that the researcher collects, both from the results of observations, interviews and documentation during research at CV. HAZHA Banyuwangi about the implementation of Islamic business ethics in services. Based on the results of the study indicate that Islamic business ethics in CV. HAZHA has been applied in serving consumers. The ethics applied are correspondingly to what is taught in Islam. This can be seen from the existence of excellent service, the quality of the products marketed, always keeping promises in accordance with the agreement, determining prices evenly, the existence of activities in the form of worship and so on. Consumers get satisfactory goods and services, they are always polite and friendly in serving and listening to customer complaints. Supporting factors that affect the progress of CV. HAZHA is all parts, both internal and external parts. Internal parts are the cooperation of employees who support each other, quality goods and excellent service while the external part is customer loyalty. The inhibiting factors experienced by CV. HAZHA are a very short time gap between ordering, processing and delivery, because report card cover and certificate folders are only needed in certain months

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of Islamic business ethics in the management of HCG (Hikma Collection Group) at Miftahul Hikmah Parengan Tuban, as well as the obstacles faced. This study used qualitative research methods. The results of this study are the implementation of Islamic business ethics in the management of HCG (Hikma Collection Group) using eight principles that are in accordance with Islamic teachings, namely the first with the principle of honesty in business, the second with the principle of selling good quality goods. The third principle is not selling out promises to consumers who want to buy at HCG (Hikma Collection Group). The fourth principle applied in HCG (Hikma Collection Group) is to be responsible in doing business regarding dissatisfaction in front of consumers and being responsible before God. The fifth principle is non-binding and generous to customers and all employees by getting used to being polite, smiling, greeting and friendly to all consumers and each employee. The sixth principle is the balance of doing business by always prioritizing the unity of every employee in HCG (Hikma Collection Group). The seventh principle is discipline in administration that uses honesty and timeliness in completing administrative reports. The last principle is to complete the product according to the target desired by the consumer. In addition, there are also several supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of Islamic business ethics in the institution.

In Islamic economy, the market has important values, because it must have morality or ethics which is one of the responsibilities of every economic agents. Ethics in business must be realized personally which aims for every business person who trades to seek the maximum profit, in Islamic trade it is not just looking for a profit but looking for a blessing. This research explains how the application of Islamic business ethics in marketing Muslim clothing at Almeera Moslem Store Bogor and how the concept of Islamic marketing in Muslim business at Almeera Moslem Store Bogor. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which means to describe some information in the field with data collection techniques used in this study in the form of interviews, and documentation.  The results of this study indicate that the application of Islamic business ethics in the marketing practice of Muslim clothing at Almeera Muslim Store Bogor has fully implemented the principles of justice, the principle of justice, the principle of free will, the principle of responsibility, and the principle of truth.  In the implementation of the marketing concept at the Almeera Moslem Store Bogor in the form of product marketing, prices, and transactions, but there is one thing, namely product satisfaction which is a problem for which there is no solution.  The general solution is to negotiate. Almeera Moslem Store Bogor is always friendly and courteous to consumers in service and marketing as has been implemented in Islamic law.

ABSTRAKEtika bisnis menjadi alat kendali bagi setiap individu dalam aktivitas ekonomi. Sistem ekonomi islam telah muncul jauh sebelum sistem ekonomi kapitalis, sosialis maupun sistem ekonomi pancasila berada. Namun dalam hal ini sebagian besar masyarakat telah banyak menganut sistem ekonomi kapitalis dan sosialis, dimana kurangnya kesejahteraan bersama sehingga keuntungan hanya dirasakan oleh penguasa saja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan studi komparatif terhadap sistem ekonomi islam, sehingga diharapkan dapat terus berkembang bagi kemaslahatan seluruh umat Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan kajian dan studi literatur dari berbagai sumber. Hasil dan pembahasan menyatakan bahwa etika bisnis islam telah berkembang sejak zaman Nabi dan Rasul, jauh sebelum zaman modern muncul yang telah mengubah masyarakat untuk mengenal sistem ekonomi kapitalis, sosialis maupun sistem ekonomi pancasila. Maka secara filosofis sistem ekonomi islam bersifat universal, kepemilikan harta dalam mutlak milik Allah Swt dan sistem ekonomi islam mengedepankan prinsip maslahat bagi seluruh umat di dunia.ABSTRACTBusiness ethics becomes a control tool for every individual in economic activity. The Islamic economic system has emerged long before the capitalist, socialist and Pancasila economic systems exist. However, in this case, most people have embraced a capitalist and socialist economic system, where there is a lack of shared welfare so that the benefits are only felt by the rulers. This study aims to conduct a comparative study of the Islamic economic system, so that it is expected to continue to develop for the benefit of all Muslims. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method by utilizing studies and literature studies from various sources. The results and discussion state that Islamic business ethics has developed since the time of the Prophet and the Apostle, long before modern times emerged which have changed society to recognize the capitalist, socialist and Pancasila economic system. So philosophically, the Islamic economic system is universal, ownership of property in absolute terms belongs to Allah and the Islamic economic system puts forward the principle of benefit for all people in the world.

Islamic business ethics is a business activity carried out by a businessman and runs his business in accordance with Islamic law with the existence of Islamic business ethics, it is expected that business people will carry out in accordance with the demands of Islamic law that have been regulated in the Al-Qur’an. Discipline is an attitude of mutual respect and appreciation, obeying applicable regulations in accordance with agreements that have been mutually agreed from the start . compensation is an acceptance as reward from giving work to the recipient of work for a job or service that has been done. The purpose of  this study was to determine Islamic business ethics, work discipline, and compensation have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction in sharia’ah  cooperatives 212. This study uses quantitative methods. The data analysis is linear regression. The data processing method in this study used the SPSS 16 program. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample technique, that is all of the population was sampled. Amounting to 35 respondents. The data retrieval used was a questionnaire or questionnaire distributed to employees of  the 212 shari’ah cooperative through the google from. The results of this study indicate that Islamic business ethics has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction in sharia’ah cooperatives 212, work discipline has a significant effect on employee job statisfactionin sharia’ah cooperatives 212, and compensation has a significant effects on employee job satisfaction in cooperatives shari’ah 212 with this conclusion, Islamic business ethics, work discipline, and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction in shari’ah 212 cooperatives.

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of Islamic business ethics with the variables of unity, equilibrium, free will, responsibility, benevolence and the welfare of traders in the Pusat Pasar Medan. This research is a quantitative research and the analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The data collection technique used is the questionnaire method obtained directly from the respondent, namely the Pusat Pasar Medan Trader. Analyzed using statistical tools, namely SPSS Version 22. Based on the results of data processing has shown that there is a significant influence as partially and simultaneously among the unity, equilibrium, free will, responsibility and benovelence towards the welfare of traders in the Medan Market Center. For unity, free will, responsibility and benovelence have a positive effect on the welfare of traders in Medan Market Center. While the equilibrium variable has a negative effect on the welfare of Medan Market Center traders. The adjusted R square value is 0.345. This means that 34.5% increase in welfare can be explained by independent variables, namely the variables of unity, equilibrium, free will, responsibility and kindness. While 65.5% is explained by other factors.

Sembako (nine staple foods) is basic needs that must be fulfilled in order to maintain the food security and nutritional needs of the community. Therefore, sembako traders have an important role in how sembako items are properly distributed to the community. In achieving this goal, it is suggested that the traders operate based on an ethical business framework. Islam through the Qur'an and hadith has provided this framework in the form of Islamic business ethics principles. By using a qualitative descriptive analytical approach, this study aims to understand how the application of Islamic business ethics in the business activities of basic food traders in Jumbleng Village. The data in this study were collected through a process of observation and interviews. While the data analysis technique uses the analytical technique developed by Miles and Huberman, with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research obtained from traders and buyers in Jumbleng Village, it shows that the principles of Islamic business ethics have not been fully implemented by traders due to their limited knowledge regarding Islamic business ethics.

Usaha budidaya ikan lele saat ini semakin variatif. sejalan dengan kemajuan zaman dan teknologi, prinsipnya cenderung menggunakan lahan seminimal mungkin agar mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Dalam praktiknya, ada model jual beli bibit lele yang menggunakan timbangan. Penelitian mengunakan metode kualitatif dengan metode observasi untuk melihat fakta yang terjadi di lapangan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan menggunakan metode analisis penelitian deskriptif. Tujuan Penelitian untuk megetahui bagaimana praktik jual beli bibit ikan lele sistem timbangan dalam perspektif Etika Bisnis Islam. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Praktik jual beli bibit ikan lele yang terjadi di Dusun Tawang ini jika dilihat dari segi ketauhidan sebenarnya telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat dalam jual beli. Dalam kaitannnya dengan etika bisnis islampun tidak ada pelanggaran berat. Namun dalam prosesnya masih ada kecurangan yang dilakukan pembeli yaitu menimbang dengan tidak adil. Selebihnya sudah sesuai dengan etika bisnis islam. Catfish farming is currently increasingly varied. In line with the advancement of times and technology, the principle tends to use as little land as possible in order to get maximum results. In practice, there is a model for selling catfish seeds that uses scales. This research uses qualitative methods with observational methods to see the facts that occur in the field. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive research analysis method. The research objective was to find out how to practice selling catfish seeds with a weighing system in the perspective of Islamic Business Ethics. The results of the study revealed that the practice of buying and selling catfish seeds that occurred in Tawang, when viewed from the perspective of monotheism, actually fulfilled the pillars and requirements in buying and selling. In relation to Islamic business ethics, it is not heavy. However, in the process there is still fraud committed by buyers, namely weighing unfairly. The rest is in accordance with Islamic business ethics.

Wedding Organizer is a service that provide services of organizing all the activities relating to the need in a marriage. This business appears because of the opportunities of modern life who want speed, convenience and practicality separately troubleshooting time deficiency urban communities. This research is motivated by the many people who use the wedding organizer to hold the wedding. Therefore, this study tried to see how the service system in UD.Santoso wedding organizer, is already in line with the Business Ethics Islam or not. From this background, the issues to be addressed is how the service system in UD.Santoso wedding organizer as well as whether the service system implemented by UD.Santoso it is in conformity with the Business Ethics Islam or not. The theory used in this study is one of them according to the "Sinambela" which explains what is meant by the service and also by "Napitupulu". Meanwhile, to collect data by interview and secondary data such as internet assistance and journals. The results of this study indicate that the service system which has been run by this UD.Santoso uses the principle of honest and open. This means that between the service provider and tenant services no shift that caused one of the injured party. On the other hand, in terms of Islamic Business Ethics, service system implemented by the UD.Santoso is in conformity with the principles of Islamic Business Ethics.
