A green manufacturing system is an important tool to realize green transformation of the manufacturing industry. The systematicness of green technology innovation as the key foundation of green manufacturing supports the entire huge green manufacturing system. In order to improve the effectiveness of multi-agent cooperation, it is necessary to analyze a series of green technology innovation achievements of manufacturing enterprises under multi-agent cooperation. First of all, inter-indicator correlation analysis and exploratory factor analysis were used to construct the evaluation index system of the green technology innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises under multi-agent cooperation. Then, a secondary combined evaluation model was constructed based on the evaluation conclusions. Finally, a theoretical framework was constructed to measure the performance of the green technology innovation of manufacturing enterprises under multi-agent cooperation. The results of this study are as follows: The evaluation index system of the green technology innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises under multi-agent cooperation is composed of the technology output, economic output, and social effect of green technology innovation. The key factors that influence the green technology innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises under multi-agent cooperation are the proportion of green technology transformation in traditional technology, the number of papers published jointly by multi-agent cooperation, the user acceptance of green technology products, and the degree of improvement of public environmental preference and consciousness. A fusion of technology of subjective and objective methods is an effective evaluation technique and can be applied to evaluate the performance of green technology innovation. The secondary combined evaluation combines the evaluation conclusions obtained by each single evaluation method in a certain form.

The leather tanning industry is one industry that has a high value in Indonesia because this industry is not only for domestic supplies but rather abroad. This industry using primary materials that is water mixed with chemicals. It cause the leather tanning industry produce a lot of waste liquid that can pollute the environtment. Currently, the government in Indonesi has been encouraging the industry to adopt green system and sustainable. In addition, one of export requirement are environtmentally friendly. Realizing these environtmentally friendly industry that must implemented green manufacturing system first. Green manufacturing system can be applied easily if there is a performance measurement and monitoring activities in the manufacturing process. Model SCOR (supply chain operation reference) as a reference in measuring performance and monitoring the activities of manufacturing. The conceptual model in this study begins identifying stakeholders, business process identification, identification of green requirements, identification of green objective and selection of KPI. KPI is defined based on SCOR metrics. After the design of KPI done advanced weighting using AHP method.

This study focuses on the problem of reusability evaluation in reverse logistics. To deal with it, products are categorized into two types: well established products, and products with fast innovations. An innovation reliability based model (model 1) is suggested to evaluate reusability of returns for the first category. For the second category, a fuzzy multiple participant-multiple criteria (MPMC) decision making model is presented, which is a modified combination of two previous researches: the disposal cause analysis matrix (Umeda et al., 2005), and the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method (van Laarhoven and Pedrycz, 1983). To present the application of model 1, a green manufacturing system with an (s, Q) inventory control policy is simulated using Arena. With the aid of it, the system is analyzed in two situations: with recovery operations, and without recovery operations to investigate the effects of both model 1 and recovery operations on the system parameters.

On-site power generation in industrial plants are desirable, however, this may not contribute as a significant source of pollution to the environment. In order to lower the potential impact on the environment in terms of less toxic emissions, to save useless cost and the sustainability, manufacturer’s responsibilities become more than end-of-pipe control and includes end-of-life management. Green manufacturing is the method that minimizes waste and pollution achieved through product and process life cycle design. The cradle to grave analysis in green manufacturing system provides the complete analysis in every aspect of the sustainable manufacturing system for policy makers to take decisions. In this paper the renewable source of alternate energy manufacturing system has been analyzed for production of power. The renewable energy from hydrogen and (green gas synthetic natural gas) for generation of electricity focusing large stationary application set up has been studied. A prototype model has been developed in order to draw analogy for establishing future Industrial power parks of mega energy productions in order to meet the peak load requirements of the electricity consumption. The results has been analyzed and comparison have also been made for the purpose to apply green industrial manufacturing process in renewable energy sector as much as possible for reducing waste and with zero potential environmental burden on our Eco-system.
