A green manufacturing system is an important tool to realize green transformation of the manufacturing industry. The systematicness of green technology innovation as the key foundation of green manufacturing supports the entire huge green manufacturing system. In order to improve the effectiveness of multi-agent cooperation, it is necessary to analyze a series of green technology innovation achievements of manufacturing enterprises under multi-agent cooperation. First of all, inter-indicator correlation analysis and exploratory factor analysis were used to construct the evaluation index system of the green technology innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises under multi-agent cooperation. Then, a secondary combined evaluation model was constructed based on the evaluation conclusions. Finally, a theoretical framework was constructed to measure the performance of the green technology innovation of manufacturing enterprises under multi-agent cooperation. The results of this study are as follows: The evaluation index system of the green technology innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises under multi-agent cooperation is composed of the technology output, economic output, and social effect of green technology innovation. The key factors that influence the green technology innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises under multi-agent cooperation are the proportion of green technology transformation in traditional technology, the number of papers published jointly by multi-agent cooperation, the user acceptance of green technology products, and the degree of improvement of public environmental preference and consciousness. A fusion of technology of subjective and objective methods is an effective evaluation technique and can be applied to evaluate the performance of green technology innovation. The secondary combined evaluation combines the evaluation conclusions obtained by each single evaluation method in a certain form.

According to the characteristics of green technology innovation, the paper puts forward evaluation index system of green technology innovation capacity , establishes comprehensive evaluation model based on improved BP neutral algorithm by Matlab toolbox, and carries out empirical analysis of data from automobile manufacture industry, finally reaches a conclusion.

In this paper, from the perspective of network innovative process, we comes up with the basic assumption, that is, the network innovation can promote absorptive capacity of industrial clusters products so as to improve the innovation performance of the enterprises in cluster. On the basis of this, this paper adopts correlation analysis method to verify the influence extent of productive service industry cluster innovation network on innovation performance. Therefore, we find critical influencing factors of network nodes and set up the innovation performance evaluation index system of productive service industry cluster.

Green manufacturing is the important manufacturing pattern to achieve sustainable development. The core is to reduce the damage on the environment and to realize sustained rapid economic growth. The Paper establishes evaluation index system of green manufacturing using life cycle theory and the “pressure - state – response” model. The index system is the 3-tier indicator system, a total of 39 sub-indicators, including 17 environmental attributes index, 8 energy property index, 7 resource properties index and 7 economic attributes index.

The difficulty in the energy efficiency analysis of discrete manufacturing system is the lack of evaluation index system. In this paper, a novel evaluation index system with three layers and 10 indexes was presented to analyze the overall energy consumption level of the discrete manufacturing system. Then, with the consideration of the difficulties in directly obtaining machine energy efficiency, a prediction method based on recursive variable forgetting factor identification was put forward to calculate it. Furthermore, a comprehensive quantitative evaluation method of rough set and attribute hierarchical model was designed based on the index structure to evaluate the energy efficiency level. Finally, an experiment was used to illustrate the effectiveness of our evaluation index system and method.

This article puts forward the new research methodology during establishing evaluation index system of industrial manufacturing system competence in He Bei .Firstly, we establish a set of the primary evaluating Index system. Secondly,we assess and screen these Indexes. At lastly ,we determine the final evaluating Index system.The Index system is more objective in this way.
