The results of the growth index analysis show that the GRDP of the fisheries sector in Cirebon Regency has increased by 77.22% in the 2013-2019 periods. The results of the Shift Share (SS) analysis show that the contribution of the fisheries sector to the GRDP of Cirebon Regency is 10.02%. The results of the 2013-2019 TAC analysis show that the value of TAC > total population means that Cirebon Regency can capture trade opportunities in fishery products from other regions. The PF value of the fisheries sector in Cirebon Regency is > 1, which means that Cirebon Regency can attract customers from other regions and has a specialization in the fishery product market. And the results of the Location Quotient (LQ) analysis show a value of 2.75 (> 1), which means that the Cirebon Regency fishery sector is an economic base sector that can meet the needs of fishery products in its region and can export out of other regions. Regional development in Cirebon Regency can be maximized by increasing development in the fisheries sector as a base sector by making the fisheries sector one of the priorities for regional development investment.

Abstract THE FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF THE RECÔNCAVO LIKE REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT POLICY IN THE INTRA-URBAN SPACE OF SANTO ANTÔNIO DE JESUS This article discusses the consequences of building the campus of the University of Recôncavo (UFRB) in Santo Antonio de Jesus, Bahia. Thus, the relevant literature and iconographic material were used. Theoretically a multi-scale perspective was taken, examining the development of Santo Antonio de Jesus in the context of its region, the Recôncavo. It was demonstrated how Santo Antonio de Jesus has its evolution associated with this region. In parallel it was showed how a fragmenting hegemonic power is accomplished over several times, always related to an alleged modernization of the region. It was also discussed the deployment of UFRB as a regional development project and analyzed the consequences of their deployment in intra-urban space of Santo Antonio de Jesus. It was verified the intensified fragmentation of the space generated intra-urban also a hegemonic action that takes place unevenly and encourages the emergence of new dynamics in the interior.

Malaria sporozoites, which invade hepatocytes within minutes after transmission by an infected mosquito, are covered with the circumsporozoite (CS) protein, which in all Plasmodium species contains the conserved region II-plus. This region is also found as a cell-adhesive motif in a variety of host proteins like thrombospondin, properdin and the terminal complement components. The CS protein with its region II-plus specifically binds to heparan sulfate proteoglycans (HSPG) on the basolateral surface of hepatocytes in the space of Disse (FIG. 1), to certain basolateral cell membranes and basement membranes of the kidney (FIG. 2) as well as to heparin in the granules of connective tissue mast cells. The distribution of the HSPG receptors for the CS protein was examined by incubation of Lowicryl K4M or LR White sections of liver and kidney tissue with the recombinant CS ligand, whose binding sites were detected with a monoclonal anti-CS antibody and protein A gold.

The essence and urgency of government expenditure for regional development is very crucial in realizing sustainable development, meaning that government spending must meet current needs without compromising the fulfillment of the needs of future generations. The higher the state revenue, the higher the state expenditure for regional development. Thus, an increase in understanding of government expenditure for regional development in a sustainable manner must be carried out with the principle of prudence in this country.
