In this current world, everyone is worried about their safety due to increase in crime rate. This has led to an increase in the importance of a surveillance system. A system is designed for continuous monitoring and also the system provides live streaming. The system can be deployed at the anyplace i.e. office, house and some remote place where people cannot monitor the particular place. The system acts like a Robot within a local area network through Wi-Fi technology using Raspberry pi 3 , The live streaming is accomplished by using a webcam interfaced with raspberry Pi, it data provided is processed by MJPEG (Motion Joint Photographic Experts Group) streamer and the robot is controlled through webpage’s created. The system is programmed using python programming language.

Rapid technological development, triggering various applications development that are increasingly innovative. One of them is the Internet of Things (IoT) system that makes human works easier and more effective. Along with sensor technology development in monitoring and controlling through IoT systems, a mechanism is needed to manage bandwidth so that IoT system can function optimally, especially in buildings designated as public areas. Smart building supported by various integrated sensors to maintain safety and comfort in the area. This study proposes the application of Elastic WLAN as a model for dynamic bandwidth management in IoT systems. In this model, IoT bandwidth changes automatically according to the number of traffic measurements for each IoT connected to the network As an effort to determine the performance of the elastic WLAN mechanism, this study succeeded in developing a prototype IoT device that implements Elastic WLAN on an Access-Point Raspberry Pi by using two temperature sensors placed in separate locations. The system successfully allocates bandwidth to each IoT according to the amount of data input from each temperature sensor installed. The higher the amount of data captured by the sensor, the system will automatically allocate the higher bandwidth to the sensor system, and vice versa.

Internet of things IOT is a network of systems connected within the systems, systems or devices like smart phones, sensors, computer. Internet of things connects all the surrounding devices to internet that is internet of things. Smart devices is an electronic device that can take logical and intelligent decisions on its own. Sensor are small chip that reacts to the sensed activities. Transfer of data is also done in IOT the data which is taken from sensors is sent through cloud database and again can be retreated for the necessary response. The medium of both smart device and database is internet. In this project main motto is to record the changes and information of agriculture field. This makes the easy way to cultivate the field in protective shield. Here we get the details of soil moisture, temperature, humidity, and periodic information of water supply to field. In agriculture water is the main source to a good healthy field. This project helps us to make use of water in efficiently in agriculture fields. Also farmer ids safe from many incoming dangers like thunder strike, snake bite and so on. Introducing technology to farmer to operate his field through his phone. This IOT project helps the farmer to collect the information about water level, soil moisture, humidity, soil fertility, and monitoring of crop allows to find weed, pest detection, animal entry into field, and growth of crop. Arduino is an open and free source hardware model used to dump software. It reads input signals of sensors and in response the output activation of things like motor, light. Sensors which senses the variation in different mediums of atmosphere inputs analogue to digital outputs. Think speak is open source cloud can store and retrieve data of sensors by local area network.

The Internet was initially used to transfer data packets between users and data sources with a specific IP address. Due to advancements, the Internet is being used to share data among different small, resource constrained devices connected in billions to constitute the (IOT) Internet of things .In addition, the paper discusses about wireless LAN Wi-Fi technology i.e. wireless local area network protocol and on a larger scale, mobile communication technology, that is used to provide connectivity to the internet, the wide area network. The paper draws an attention towards the background of IOT and its distinction with other technologies, discussion on network optimization in IOT. This paper not only reviews, compares and consolidates the recent related works, but also admires the author’s findings, solutions and discusses its usefulness towards network optimization in IOT. The uniqueness of this paper lies in the review of network optimization issues and challenges in IOT. In this paper, a comprehensive survey on the network optimization in IOT is presented.

This article presents an easy-to-deploy and low-cost Internet of Things infrastructure for gait characterization based on a set of wireless inertial sensors, called nodes, connected to the same local area network. These nodes allow acquiring inertial raw data from the trunk of each frail elder involved in explicit gait trials carried out directly in the elderly care homes. The Internet of Things infrastructure has been validated for Quantitative Gait Analysis showing an adequate accuracy in the demarcation of relevant gait events and in the estimation of stride interval variability. The latter, in combination with other characteristics that are commonly used to assess the state of frail elders and which come from anthropometric, biological, nutritional, functional, and mobility domains, allows us to perform a cross-sectional cohort study and a subsequent multiple logistic regression to evaluate their impact on cognitive functioning. The cohort study and the multivariate regression are performed using a sample of 81 frail elders from two nursing homes in Spain. The results obtained indicate that frail elders aged 90 years or older, with moderate dependence in daily functioning and with a stride interval gait variability greater than 6%, were most likely to suffer cognitive impairment, representing what is called cognitive frail.

A short time after the official launch of WiFi 6, IEEE 802.11 working groups along with the WiFi Alliance are already designing its successor in the wireless local area network (WLAN) ecosystem: WiFi 7. With the IEEE 802.11be amendment as one of its main constituent parts, future WiFi 7 aims to include time-sensitive networking (TSN) capabilities to support low latency and ultra-reliability in license-exempt spectrum bands, enabling many new Internet of Things scenarios. This article first introduces the key features of IEEE 802.11be, which are then used as the basis to discuss how TSN functionalities could be implemented in WiFi 7. Finally, the benefits and requirements of the most representative Internet of Things low-latency use cases for WiFi 7 are reviewed: multimedia, healthcare, industrial, and transport.

ABSTRAKBagi orang tua masalah kesehatan buah hati merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting. Terlebih lagi bagi orang tua yang kurang beruntung melahirkan bayi dalam keadaan kurang sehat atau prematur menurut dokter, sehingga diperlukan perawatan menggunakan inkubator. Inkubator bayi adalah sebuah wadah tertutup yang kehangatan lingkungannya dapat diatur dengan cara memanaskan udara dengan suhu tertentu, yang berfungsi untuk menghangatkan bayi. Thingspeak adalah platform open source Internet of Things (IoT) aplikasi dan API untuk menyimpan dan mengambil data dari hal menggunakan protokol HTTP melalui Internet atau melalui Local Area Network. ThingSpeak memungkinkan pembuatan aplikasi sensor logging, aplikasi lokasi pelacakan, dan jaringan sosial. Berdasarkan perancangan yang dilakukan untuk penerapan sistem monitoring inkubator bayi prematur secara real time dengan menggunakan android tidak berjalan sesuai dengan yang diinginkan, karena memiliki delay waktu sebesar 10-15 detik. Pengaplikasian android sebagai sistem monitoring jarak jauh menggunakan kamera dilakukan dengan aplikasi GoPLus Cam. Aplikasi GoPlus Cam android dan kamera memiliki jarak koneksi maksimum yaitu jarak 15 m. Pengaplikasian android sebagai tampilan output suhu, detak jantung dan berat badan ditampilkan menggunakan aplikasi thingshow. Aplikasi thingshow menampilkan pembacaan data suhu dan detak jantung dalam bentuk grafik sedangkan pembacaan berat badan ditampilkan dalam bentuk angka dan berhasil ditampilkan pada android.Kata Kunci : Monitoring Inkubator Bayi, Thingspeak, NodeMCU ESP8266


At this time, children security is a main problem that has to be reduced. Parents are facing problems while their child is travelling through school buses. The problems are like they sometimes can’t identify the locations of school buses, they can’t identify the accidents of buses etc. Our paper presents a solution over this. We tried to reduce some problems of parents. Our system is a tracking system that gives live location to parents mobile including longitude, latitude, date and time. Also gives alert when some problem occurs in bus like fire. This data is to be stored on ThingSpeak. The ThingSpeak is the Internet of Things application. This used to store and retrieve the data via local area network
