Research on civil aircraft inspection and maintenance has shown the potential for employing human factor interventions in improving performance. A series of training experiments was developed to understand the effects of different training interventions in the visual inspection domain. This paper reports on preliminary results obtained in applying a combined active and progressive part training scheme in improving the decision making performance for a visual inspection task. The task was a computer simulated airframe visual inspection task.

Abstract In the process of civil aircraft airworthiness, analyzing power quality is the key to verify whether the power supply system meets the requirements of the clause. This paper makes deep research on the domestic and foreign power supply quality standard files and detailed introduces the characteristics of the power supply quality standard files. Then, comparative and analysis give suggestions which tally with power supply quality test requirements. Finally, define the special power supply quality test method for the practical engineering specifically, and power supply quality test characteristic in civil aircraft flight test, to provide guidance help for the future civil aircraft models.

Abstract The high-temperature special flight test is one of the important special meteorological flight tests for civil aircraft airworthiness certification flight test, and generator high-temperature cooling flight test is also very important as the key flight test subject of high-temperature special flight test. The purpose of this paper is to summarize and study the airworthiness background, technical research, technical preparation, technical implementation, and data analysis results of a certain type of civil aircraft generator high-temperature cooling flight test, to provide guidance and help for subsequent civil aircraft generator high-temperature cooling flight test.

In consideration of the situation that civil aviation accidents involve many human-error factors and show the features of typical grey systems, an index system of civil aviation accident human-error factors is built using human factor analysis and classification system model. With the data of accidents happened worldwide between 2008 and 2011, the correlation between human-error factors can be analyzed quantitatively using the method of grey relational analysis. Research results show that the order of main factors affecting pilot human-error factors is preconditions for unsafe acts, unsafe supervision, organization and unsafe acts. The factor related most closely with second-level indexes and pilot human-error factors is the physical/mental limitations of pilots, followed by supervisory violations. The relevancy between the first-level indexes and the corresponding second-level indexes and the relevancy between second-level indexes can also be analyzed quantitatively.
