Data technology has become the main means for activities in various sectors of life, one of which is location-based services for SMA/SMK schools in the Bangka Belitung area. By using a location-based service application, it is expected to be able to overcome the problem of finding the position of SMA/SMK in the Bangka Belitung area. In this study, we would like to discuss the search for SMA/SMK positions. Through the push, Location-Based Service will be displayed in the smartphone, which will help identify the presence of the school's position on the smartphone. The result of the application that is formed is an Android-based application that can recognize the presence of SMA/SMK positions. This study aims to create a location-based service application that is combined with the concept of overlaying geographic position information from augmented reality perception, which is one type of augmented reality. The overall application quality test results include 1). Based on the Functionality aspect, the percentage of the actual score got a total score of 91.8%. 2). Based on the aspect of reliability, the percentage of the actual score got a total score of 97.6%. 3). Based on the Usability aspect, the percentage of the actual score gets a total score of 92.2%. 4). Based on the aspect of efficiency, the percentage of the actual score gets a total value of 76.5%. 5). From the calculation of the total score in percent is 89.5%. So based on the total score in percent, it can be concluded that the overall application quality test results are 89.5%, so the prototypes produced in this study are included in very good criteria.

Penadaran Village is a village in Gubug District, Grobogan Regency, Central Java Province. The dry season makes residents in Penadaran Village experience problems with clean water sources. The purpose of community service is to make filters and provide clean water reservoirs for the residents of Penadaran Village. The implementation methods used are: (1) Conducting Tuntang River Water Quality Test, (2) Designing a scheme for clean water filters and reservoirs, (3) Making clean water filters and reservoirs. The location is in Kedungkakap Hamlet, Penadaran Village. The implementation time is August – October 2021. The results of the implementation of community service, obtained the results of the Tuntang River Water Quality Test, namely, Iron: 0.496 mg/L, COD: 301 mg/L, Chloride: 7.30 mg/L, manganese: 0.502 mg/ L, the river water filter scheme uses a system with 3 settling tanks and 2 mixed bed tubes. The shelter uses a 3300 ml Toren with a tower as high as 3 m from the ground. There are 17 families who have received clean water supply from the new source

In the process of Higher Vocational classified examination enrollment reform, Jilin Province has adopted a diversified examination enrollment model and “cultural quality test + vocational skill test” evaluation method, and established the “vocational education college entrance examination” system. This paper analyzes the important role and practical difficulties of “vocational skill test” in Higher Vocational classified examination, studies the existing problems, and puts forward to reasonably divide the proportion of “cultural quality test” and “vocational skill test”, sets diversified admission standards, scientifically sets up the assessment methods and contents of “vocational skill test”, further improves the “cultural quality test + vocational skill test” evaluation method and builds a classified examination and enrollment system more in line with the characteristics of vocational education.

The aim of the study was to evaluate the prognostic capabilities of EU-TIRADS, TIRADS, TLA_RU systems in ultrasound diagnostics of thyroid nodular masses. A retrospective independent continuous blind study of ultrasound examination protocols was conducted in 665 patients, 241 patients had benign non-cancerous thyroid diseases, 86 patients had benign tumors (adenomas), 338 patients had thyroid cancer. During the preoperative examination, all patients underwent a multiparametric ultrasound examination of the neck organs according to the standard procedure, with the registration of identified thyroid nodes, with examining the prognostic capabilities of stratification systems – TIRADS, EU-TIRADS, TLA_RU. It was found that the TIRADS system has a sensitivity of 91.04%, specificity – 91.41%. Focusing on the scale of AUC values reflecting the quality of the diagnostic test, it can be stated that TIRADS is a test with excellent quality (AUC =0.972). Basing on the results of the analyzing the data obtained by the EU-TIRADS system, it was revealed that it is a high-quality test (AUC=0.826), but its predictive capabilities are worse than those of TIRADS. The original TLA_RU model has 87.5% sensitivity and 95.7% specificity. During the ROC analysis, it was found that the AUC is equal to 0.954±0.00894, which suggests that the TLA_RU model is an excellent quality test in the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodular masses. Multivariate statistical comparative analysis of thyroid imaging assessment systems (TIRADS, EU-TIRADS and TLA_RU) from the standpoint of evidence-based medicine has shown that thyroid cancer risk stratification systems based on the assessment of multiparametric ultrasound signs have great diagnostic capabilities.

Abstract In the process of civil aircraft airworthiness, analyzing power quality is the key to verify whether the power supply system meets the requirements of the clause. This paper makes deep research on the domestic and foreign power supply quality standard files and detailed introduces the characteristics of the power supply quality standard files. Then, comparative and analysis give suggestions which tally with power supply quality test requirements. Finally, define the special power supply quality test method for the practical engineering specifically, and power supply quality test characteristic in civil aircraft flight test, to provide guidance help for the future civil aircraft models.

Abstract This study aims to test the validation of precipitation data from CHIRPS compared to measurement data. The study location is Wonorejo Reservoir, Indonesia. The methods in this research were 1) data quality test with the consistency test and stationary test, and 2) validity test with parameters of NSE value and correlation. The study results show that 1) The data quality test shows that the precipitation data from CHIRPS are consistent and homogeneous; 2) The validity test is carried out in two stages, for uncorrected data and corrected data. According to NSE value, the validity of test results on uncorrected data shows that CHIRPS’s precipitation data are unsatisfactory. When viewed from the correlation, the precipitation data from CHIRPS has a very strong relationship to precipitation measurement data. The next step is to test the validity of the corrected data. The validation test of corrected data shows that precipitation data from CHIRPS is satisfactory according to NSE value. Moreover, the precipitation data from CHIRPS strongly correlates with the precipitation measurement data. This study indicates that the precipitation data from CHIRPS can be utilized as alternative precipitation data if measurement data are limited.

Melinjo (Gnetum gnemon L.) peel has been known as antioxidant, antibacterial, and antifungal, but not yet used as cosmetic ingredients or drugs optimally. This research focuses on the production of organic soap bars from melinjo peel extract, the quality testing, and antimicrobial analysis against selected microbes. The soap making process was done by the saponification reaction between the mixture of palm oil and coconut oil with sodium hydroxide through cold and hot processes. Distilled water and ethanol were used as solvents for melinjo peel extraction. The quality test was done by determining insoluble fraction in ethanol, free alkali, and unsaponified fatty matter. An antimicrobial activity test was conducted using the Kirby-Bauer diffusion method. The result shows that the quality test fit with INS 2016 for all the criteria except for unsaponified fatty acid in the cold process soap bar. Inhibition zone of organic soap bar sequentially decreased against the growth of Tricophytone mentagrophytes, Staphylococcus aureus, and Staphylococcus epidermidis. Therefore, the organic soap bar with melinjo peel extract shows a good potential to be used as an antimicrobial soap.
