Recently, ecosystem services assessment has been developed as an effective tool to exchange and understand science, develop policies, especially in cultural ecosystem services. However, quantification and mapping of cultural ecosystem services are obstructed by complications in their definitions and suitable indicators. It can be solved based on a geomorphological approach. The similarities of related indicators between geomorphological resources and cultural ecosystem services can be a helpful key for quantifying a recreation and tourism, landscape aesthetics and cultural identity in a particular region. Therefore, study applied an Analytical Hiearchy Process (AHP) to cultural ecosystem services assessment in Sapa, Lao Cai province. Six indicators relating to geomorphology, ecology and social were used in the process. Results indicated a high potential of cultural ecosystem services supply in research area, especially in forest, water bodies and paddy fields. Two local regions, that have not brought into play their available geomorphological potential, need to be invested for cultural ecosystem services.

The sales logistics of tea leaves is a process that organically integrates basic logistics activities, including transportation, storage, loading, unloading, carrying, packaging, distribution processing, delivery, and information processing. This process requires quick and accurate forecasting of the logistics demand in the green tea market and the provision of feedback to businesses and farming partners, revealing the need for a simple and accurate forecasting method. Responding to and solving the unclear information and limited data available regarding the green tea market are critical. Therefore, this study established a simple, quick, and accurate model through the use of time series and the technique for ordering preferences by similarity to the ideal solution. Finally, the actual logistics demand in the Nanjing green tea industry was employed to verify the proposed model’s practicality and feasibility, which may provide a critical reference for relevant parties such as businesses and researchers.

Freight transport demand forecasting as one of the basis in urban logistics planning, is not only an important premise of designing a variety of logistics development policies and infrastructure constructions, but also a key indicator to measure whether the logistics planning is reasonable. This paper addresses the methods of the freight transport demand forecasting in urban logistics planning based on a case study of Yiwu city. Considering the change of long-term trend emphatically, conventional trend extrapolation method, regression analysis method, elasticity coefficient method, linear exponential smoothing method and grey model are applied to predict the logistics demand of Yiwu city respectively. Then the results of five kinds of forecasting methods are analyzed to obtain the final forecasting logistics demand.

The Etropy problem has been widely applied in the assessment and analysis of landscape ecology. Research results are just at the indicators, not able to describe the spatial distribution of the landscape. In this paper, we will simulate the results of the application Etropy problem in landscape assessment based on a GIS. A GIS is used to store the information of layers on landscape structure, indicator analysis and map-layer assessment. This is a new research direction, research results of Etropy problem will be simulated by the evaluation map. Research have been applied in Sa Pa area - one of Vietnam's most mountainous district. Research results shown the landscape diversity in the research area and landscape area identification to be conserved.

Nowadays, the value chain financing (AVCF) is considered as an effective agricultural financing approach in the world, however, its prevalence is still limited in developing countries, like Viet Nam. This paper analyses the financial gap between the demands and the actual credit obtained of the Seng Cu (SC) rice chain participants in Lao Cai. Cross-sectional data were collected from 160 face-to-face interviews with SC rice producers and from in-depth interviews with 31 other stakeholders involved in the chain (demand-side) and the representatives of district-branch banks (supply-side) in 2016 - 2017. Overall, almost chain actors had high financial demands, especially upland rice producers and the leading chain actor (TPC). However, they faced many credit constraints related to the strict risk-avoidance strategy and the collateral requirement of banks. Even the SC rice chain confirmed its high potential and many supportive linkages among them developed, the decision-making of banks on credit disbursements still depends on the individual capability of each chain actors, not the entire chain.  Thus, the recommendations for policymakers, producers, and agribusiness are suggested to enhance the financial sources going in the chain and the effectiveness of chain actors in the locality.
