To address the comfort of an electric vehicle, a coupling mechanism between mechanical friction braking and electric regenerative braking was studied. A cooperative braking system model was established, and comprehensive simulations and system optimizations were carried out. The performance of the cooperative braking system was analyzed. The distribution of the braking force was optimized by an intelligent method, and the distribution of a braking force logic diagram based on comfort was proposed. Using an intelligent algorithm, the braking force was distributed between the two braking systems and between the driving and driven axles. The experiment based on comfort was carried out. The results show that comfort after optimization is improved by 76.29% compared with that before optimization by comparing RMS value in the time domain. The reason is that the braking force distribution strategy based on the optimization takes into account the driver’s braking demand, the maximum braking torque of the motor, and the requirements of vehicle comfort, and makes full use of the braking torque of the motor. The error between simulation results and experimental results is 5.13%, which indicates that the braking force’s distribution strategy is feasible.

Bidirectional DC/DC converter is used for the battery charging and discharging. The sliding mode controller based on state space averaging algorithm is used for controlling bidirectional DC/DC converter. Two kinds of working modes, buck mode and boost mode, have been analyzed and three kinds of working states which are consisted by two working modes have been deeply discussed, and the automatic switch logic diagram when battery charging and discharging through the bidirectional DC/DC converter has been presented. Situation of system based on S1, S2 conducting alternately has been studied, and the simulations were also presented. According to the results, the characteristics of good stability and transient can be confirmed.

Most of the biped robots or humanoid robots developed so far have been designed with serialactuated mechanism. the ratio between power and weight has not been very good. Some abilities of the humanoid robot are dependent on the weakest motor just like the cannikin law. Most of the human joints are not serial-actuated but parallel-actuated except the knee joint which is a one DOF joint. In the study, two kinds of module are put forward: basic module and composite module, and the configurations of the joints and limbs are designed by these modules. Based on logic diagram, many kinds of the humanoid robot are structured with these joints and limbs. As an applicable example, the humanoid robot SJTU-HR1 is presented.

Downhole storage pressure gauge should meet the requirements of high strength, high temperature resistance, vibration resistance, and high reliability when hydraulic fracturing. Downhole storage pressure gauge has been designed. Based on the working principle, the logic diagram for reliable analysis has been built, which has been connected by five units in series. With the modules of electronic component and integrated circuit, the operating failure rates of the five units have been calculated. The reliability and Mean Time Between Failure of downhole storage pressure gauge have been obtained. The high reliability of the downhole storage pressure gauge can satisfy the measuring demand for pressure and temperature when hydraulic fracturing.
