Ability to transfer huge amount of content to the target is the present-day requirements of the users which is not being used through internet-based protocol due to static nature of the internet. Software defined networks (SDN) provides the flexibility to implement any architecture as the control and data plane are separated. Information / content centric networks (ICN / CCN) can be implemented using SDN. The requirement of the massive delivery of the content can be archived through ICN/CCN.In this paper a comparative analysis of the methods used for building information centric networking ICN / CCN over software defined networks has been presented. The areas of research that needs to be undertaken further have also been cited in the paper.

Over the lifetime of the JCB, the technology available to cell biologists has advanced immensely, producing more complex data with higher information content. Despite the advent of the Internet, the presentation of data in publications has not kept pace. Authors still present single, static, “representative” images and compressed movie files. I am therefore excited and proud to announce the launch of the JCB DataViewer (http://jcb-dataviewer.rupress.org).

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the texting, sharing, and mentoring (TSM) method as an innovative method of community empowerment applied in 'Go-Honey' program. This method is mixed offline and online with the use of Whatsapp groups connecting program participants, resource persons, and local mentors. Using the Bloom's Taxonomy approach, this study compares the knowledge level of the 'Go-Honey' program participants implementing TSM with other sitngless beekeeping program participants who use the single-face-to-face (TTM) method as a control. The total participants involved in this study were 20 people, half of whom were female members of 'Go-honey', while the other half were not. Participants were asked questions related to cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects by direct interviews. Observations were also done on the results of the work performance. The results show that the 'Go-Honey' participants have a higher level of knowledge about stingless beekeeping compared to the control model in these three aspects of knowledge. The results of the Mann Whitney test shows that the cognitive, affective and psychomotor scores are significantly different at 1 % alpha. This method has the potential to be applied after the pandemic ends with the principle of distance learning as long as there is the internet connection and the presence of local mentors.

The article analyzes the information content of the websites of amalgamated hromadas (AHs). On the example of AHs of Lviv region, a content analysis of the information on websites was carried out. Of the 41 formed during 2015-2019 amalgamated hromadas of Lviv region, 38 hromadas have created their official website. Mostly, the AHs’ websites cover: information about the activities of the management apparatus; information about the governance apparatus and the deputy composition of the AH council; budget and use of budget funds; participation of citizens in governance; regulatory activity/policy; strategic documents; passport of AH; detailed description of infrastructure, labor, agricultural, natural, tourism resources, enterprises operating on the territory of AH; there is a tab with information about ASC; investment passport and the land plots, which are intended for the implementation of investment projects, as well as information about the activities of various departments and communal utilities. It is noted that during the coverage of information on official websites, executive authorities should be guided by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine «On the procedure for publishing information on the activities of executive authorities on the Internet», as well as Art. 15 of the Law of Ukraine «On Access to Public Information». It is determined that the most common is information about the composition and activities of the AH governance apparatus, information about the deputy composition, budget and use of budget funds, regulatory activities. The index of the amount of information covered is proposed and computed. It is concluded that AHs with general fund income (without transfers) per capita of more than 3000 UAH have more informatively filled websites. However, the type of hromada (urban or rural) does not influence the amount of information covered on the website. In general, the carried out analysis showed the lack of asymmetry in the disclosure and dissemination of information through the official websites of AHs of the Lviv region.
