This paper firstly explained the working principle of Subsea Control Module (SCM) and function and performance of the electro-hydraulic control valves, and then mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic control valve in SCM was analyzed. The test board was designed according to characters of hydraulic system of the test stand. And on the basis of these, an effective testing method of the electro-hydraulic control valve in SCM has been defined. According to the test method of hydraulic system, we built and analyzed a model of the hydraulic test system by using the AMESim software. Based on the analysis results, the judgments whether or not the test stand could meet the requirements is made.

The purpose of the subject is to design a car based on 51 single chip microcomputer control of nuclear intelligence toy car. Design is mainly divided into four modules respectively control module, test module, drive module, display module. Detection module by infrared receiving tube as tracking and obstacle avoidance of the detector to external environment for testing, testing mileage with hall element as the detector, test results of the test modules to control module, control module processed signal into the driver module to control the car turn left, turn right, forward, backward, at the same time control module and analysis processing state of marching into the 1602 LCD liquid crystal display status display. After many trials completed hardware design, the control core programming and sensor debug, finally realize the automatic tracking of toy cars, intelligent obstacle avoidance, mileage of display design requirements, and increase the car alarm, lights flashing remind and additional features such as voice control.

Cutting forces generated in broaching have a direct influence on the generation of heat, tool wear or failure, quality of machined surface and accuracy of the work piece. In this paper not only a cutting forces test scheme has been proposed but also a cutting forces measurement equipment has been designed with PCB 740B02 dynamical strain sensor and LMS SCADA III test system, respectively. Dynamical strain sensor was pasted on the cylinder type sensitive elements with which table and workpiece was connected. Experimental investigation on the dynamic cutting forces in the broaching direction of a hydraulic broaching machine had been carried out. Cutting forces measurement tests on Q235 steel workpiece material during broaching had been performed. Broaching in a variety of velocities, namely, 3.3m/min, 5m/min and 8m/min and in a variety of cutting depth, namely, 0.03mm, 0.04mm, 0.05mm and 0.07mm, were investigated. Output signal was analyzed both in time and frequency domains and the key characteristics of the cutting forces signal was obtained. Correlation between the frequency of broaching forces and the broaching velocity was also studied.

Starter is an important component of auto engine, its service life can be reflected by the durability test. According to the running conditions, requirements of the starter durability test were analyzed. So, an electrical control test system based CP1H PLC was established. The system includes PC monitor module achieved by configuration software, control module build by Omron CP1H PLC and actuator module with four engine test rigs. Then, the PLC hardware circuit was designed and the flow of control program was given. The test system has characteristics of versatility, automated control and high testing precision.
