The hydropower station tunnel construction is crossover operation and environment is poor. Installation space and time are limited. The paper introduces corresponding measures and installation method.Through field investigation and vast demonstration, using electric hoist and little bridge machine in equipment assembly area can avoid the effect to power house equipment installation and reduce crossover operation time. Using installation platform on the little bridge in hydro-generator area can reduce the use of the little bridge machine and improve the installation efficiency .

The steel roof truss rod is widely used in Chinese building industrue, because of the reasonable force, the design and simple construction, the good economic indicators, attractive appearance and many other advantages. Based on a pin 24m steel roof truss static test research and the results, which is based on the rigid and hinged to calculate, show that the steel roof truss which has the property that the web member axis intersection point and the chord member centroid are coincident, is in a good agreement according the calculation of rigid or hinge compared with the actual stress state.

Productivity is an important factor in determining the success of a construction work. Increased productivity will reduce work time, and that means it will reduce costs. In general, the value of productivity is determined by the factor of the volume of work, implementation time, and the number of workers. In order to get the job done well, a planning effort is needed by paying attention to these factors. For this reason, this study was conducted to determine the value of productivity in one component of building construction work, namely lightweight steel roof truss work. The object of study was the work of lightweight steel roof truss 4 (four) project sites, namely the 4 x 25 Shop Houses Construction Project in Meulaboh, West Aceh, the Building of the Rector & Administration Bureau Building of STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena Banda Aceh, the Construction of the Getsempena Lhoksukon North Aceh STIKES Building and the Construction of North Aceh RIKI STIKes Building, Bina Nusantara Idi, East Aceh. The roof truss material used is type C Truss 75 0.75 Thickness. The volume of roof truss work is planned to be 2022.38 m2. The study was conducted through field observations by directly recording the volume of work, the duration of each stage of work, and the number of workers involved. The results of the analysis show that the productivity value for roof truss works is obtained by an average of 2,062 m2 / hour or 16,499 m2 / day. In the implementation of roof truss work, the amount of labor used is the same in all segments, so the value of productivity tends to be determined by the magnitude of the ratio between the volume of work and the effective time of implementation. Thus, if the amount of work volume can be completed in a shorter time then the value of productivity will increase

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (a) Mencari besar pembebanan yang bekerja pada rangka atap; (b) Mencari besar gaya yang terjadi pada batang-batang di rangka atap;(c) Memilih profil dan ukuran baja ringan pada rangka atap.Maraknya penggunaan rangka atap baja ringan di Indonesia serta minimnya informasi sekitar baja ringan, penulis berinisiatif untuk membantu pemula menghitung perencanaan rangka atap dengan metode yang simpel serta pemilihan profil baja ringan dari perhitungan yang dilakukan Dengan penyelesaian Tugas Akhir ini, penulis menghitung rangka kuda-kuda atap rumah sederhana dengan menggunakan metode sederhana yaitu metode Cremona tanpa menggunakan software, yang mudah untuk digunakan pemula, serta pemilihan profil baja ringan yang akan digunakan dari hasil perhitungan tersebut.Kata Kunci : Baja Ringan, Metode Cremona,  Rangka Atap ABSTRACT Writing This final project aims to: (a) find the large loading that works on the roof truss; (B) looking for the force that occurs on the rods in the roof truss; (C) selecting the profile and size of the light steel on the roof truss.The increasing use of lightweight steel roof truss in Indonesia and the lack of information about mild steel, the author is initiative to help calculate the roof truss planning with a simple method and the selection of light steel profiles of the calculations performed.With the completion of this final project, the authors calculate the framework of the horses on the roof of a simple house using a simple method of Cremona method without the use of software, which is easy to use beginners, as well as the selection of light steel profiles will be used from the results of the calculation.Keywords: Cremona Method, MildSteel, Roof Truss
