This project has as an objective the analysis of the epidemiological profile of the cases of meningitis in the southeastern of Brazil, comparingetiologies, age group and evolution. The study has an epidemiological profile where confirmed cases were selected between 2010-2019. The approach was quantitative through research on the DATASUS platform, in the field of Diseases and Notifiable Diseases - SINAN. There’s a predominance of deaths due to Other Bacteria, the same being predominant in the age group of 40-59 and less in 80 year olds or more. In addition, it’s noticed less occurrence of Haemophilus Meningitis with a predilection for infants. In Espirito Santo, there’s a higher incidence of deaths from, mainly affecting the age group of 20-39 year olds, which accounts for 20% of the cases. In Rio de Janeiro, there’s a predominance of Other Bacterias, which corresponds to 20.7% of the total cases, in those aged 20-39 years. In São Paulo, there’s a supremacy of Viral with 59% of total cases, affecting mainly children, with emphasis on 1-4 year olds, having a good clinical evolution, however, corresponds to 7% of the total deaths. If untreated, the morbimortality is profound, it’s important to recognize the epidemiological profile of the pathology so that the approach to patients who present it, is the most targeted and effective as possible. Data analysis showed that Other Bacterias Meningitis is the main cause of death, therefore, epidemiology is associated with severity and lethality.

In recent years, road collisions have become a global problem and have been classified as the 10th leading cause of death in the world. Due to the large number of road losses consistently, it has become a major problem in Bangladesh. It is totally unacceptable and sad to allow a citizen to kill in a road accident. The purpose is to show you how to extract logical data from a raw database and visualize it. The results show that hourly planning, day-to-day intelligence, lunar intelligence and year-round planning allow you to look at how road accidents change over time. Two types of road accidents have occurred in particular, and data analysis of road accidents have led to conclusions that will help reduce the number of accidents.

Volumetric liver segmentation is a prerequisite for liver transplantation and radiation therapy planning. In this paper, dilated deep residual network (DDRN) has been proposed for automatic segmentation of liver from CT images. The combination of three parallel DDRN is cascaded with fourth DDRN in order to get final result. The volumetric CT data of 40 subjects belongs to “Combined Healthy Abdominal Organ Segmentation” (CHAOS) challenge 2019 is utilized to evaluate the proposed method. Input image converted into three images using windowing ranges and fed to three DDRN. The output of three DDRN along with original image fed to the fourth DDRN as an input. The output of cascaded network is compared with the three parallel DDRN individually. Obtained results were quantitatively evaluated with various evaluation parameters. The results were submitted to online evaluation system, and achieved average dice coefficient is 0.93±0.02; average symmetric surface distance (ASSD) is 4.89±0.91. In conclusion, obtained results are prominent and consistent.
