The test system for technical abilities of unmanned vehicles is gradually developed from the single test to comprehensive test. The pre-established test and evaluation system can promote the development of unmanned ground vehicles. The 2009 Future Challenge: Intelligent Vehicles and Beyond (FC’09) pushed China's unmanned vehicles out of laboratories. This paper proposed to design a more scientific and comprehensive test system for future competitions to better guide and regulate the development of China's unmanned vehicles. According to the design idea of stage by stage and level by level, the hierarchical test content from simple to advanced, from local to overall is designed. Then the hierarchic test environment is established according to the levels of test content. The test method based on multi-platform and multi-sensor is put forward to ensure the accuracy of test results. The testing criterion framework is set up to regulate future unmanned vehicle contests and to assess the unmanned vehicles scientifically and accurately.

To meet the needs of test for compound oscillatory roller transmission (CORT) reducer, A comprehensive test system for precision transmission performance was designed, the test-bed structure and control principal of which were introduced. First, a transmission performance test method was proposed and focused on the transmission performance of velocity ratio, accuracy, and efficiency. Then, user interface based on LabVIEW program was designed, and the transmission performance of torque, angle, velocity, velocity ratio, return difference, efficiency could be displayed. Finally, measurement example on an E80 type CORT reducer has been made, and shows that the proposed test system is suitable for test for these reducers of high-precision drive, high stiffness, high load characteristics.

This paper proposed an intelligent comprehensive test system for the aeroengine electrical control system, which can fulfill LRU (Line Replace Unit) data collecting and data processing automatically, be applicable to the logical function and performance inspection of aeroengine electrical control system in difference aircraft.The whole structure and operating principle is introduced. By testing, this system can proceed the all-directions performance test with important significance for ensuring flight safety. It has been successfully used in workshop.

In this study, the self-propulsion performance of a ship model with double-L-type podded propulsors was predicted. Additionally, a conversion method for the performance of a full-scale ship was established based on the correction method published by the International Towing Tank Conference (ITTC) for the scaling effect of a single podded propeller and research reports on pod tests conducted by different ship research institutes. The thrust deduction and wake fraction of the ship were also analyzed. Furthermore, the self-propulsion performance of a full-scale ship with double L-type pods was determined, the full- and model-scale ships compared in terms of their flow fields and pressure charts, and the influence of the scaling effect analyzed. In addition, the calculation results were compared with the conversion results of a full-scale ship, and the reliability of the method adopted for the performance estimation of a full-scale ship with double podded propulsors was verified. The findings reported herein can provide statistics and technical support for the design of L-type podded propulsors and their application in full-scale ships, which are of theoretical significance and practical value in the engineering domain.

A portable comprehensive test system of aircraft wire based on DSP is presented in this paper. The hardware system consists of electrical parameter measurement circuits, transmitter circuits, signal acquisition circuits and so on. Measurements of electrical parameters and fault location through Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) are two basic functions for the system. In addition, the special resistance of the wire can also be gotten on TDR. In daily maintenance, comprehensive performance test and portable characteristics have greatly facilitated the maintenance division.

Motor is important industrial production equipment, and its performance will directly affect the running of production machinery. An advanced comprehensive test system for a large enterprise is essential. In order to accurately detect the speed control of asynchronous motor property and take full account of advanced, practical, reliable and cost-effective, this paper offers a method to get the speed of an asynchronous motor by measuring the frequency of its slip, and to implement the solution in a module.
