Tarai Bangun Hamlet IV, Tarab Mulya Village is a village located in Kampar Regency where the majority of the people come from the Minang and Javanese tribes. They like to eat fatty foods that trigger an increase in body fat levels. This service is carried out with the aim of helping people who experience high blood sugar, cholesterol and uric acid levels with the phlebotomy technique (fasdhu). The method used is to provide health education, followed by checking blood sugar, cholesterol and uric acid. High levels are then performed Fasdhu. Based on the examination of blood sugar, cholesterol and uric acid checks on 37 respondents, it was found that 10 respondents had high levels. Fasdhu treatment was carried out on respondents who had blood sugar levels of 163 mg/dl, cholesterol 240.75 mg/dl and uric acid 8.95 mg/dl. After fasdhu treatment, the levels decreased to 107 mg/dl, 200 mg/dl and 7.15 mg/dl, respectively. Based on this treatment, it was concluded that the phlebotomy technique (fasdhu) could be recommended as an effort to reduce blood sugar, cholesterol and uric acid levels.

Between December 1982 and October 1983 samples of human body fat were taken during routine necropsies carried out on 187 persons aged over 5 years and four infants aged under 4 months. Comparison of the results of analysis with those from the previous studies in 1976-1977, and earlier, shows a continuing decline in residues of p,p'-dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethone (p,p'-DDT) and dieldrin (HEOD) and a reduction in the amounts of p,p'dichlorodiphenyldichloroethene (p,p'-DDE, a metabolite of p,p'-DDT] and hexachlorobenzene. The concentrations of other compounds were similar to those observed in the previous studies. The results show that the amounts of organochlorine pesticides and polychlorobiphenyl compounds contained in human fat samples from residents in the UK compare favourably with data obtained in other countries.

Neuro-muscular disorders cause a series of serious complications in the human body, where some lead to considerable morbidity and mortality ocassionally. Neurological diseases result in dystrophy, inhibited growth, etc. This present review aimed to emphasize the employment of neurotoxins against neuro degenerative disorders. The source of neurotoxins includes botulinum (Clostridium botulinum), snakes like Vespa orientalis and some medically important arthropods like hornets and spiders. The review not only describes the potential of the neurotoxins in the treatment but also elucidates the mechanism of action of lethal toxins like botulinum. Safety and dosage regimens of various toxins with the help of proven study data would aid in endorsing researchers for further research on toxins making them more superior targeted drugs.

The relevance and novelty of the topic of the article is connected with the fact that for the first time the improved classification of the properties of human papillary patterns and their displays and the dynamic trend of expanding the legal base of fingerprint registration in the world are considered. The goal is to systematize the properties of human papillary patterns and their representations. General scientific and special methods were used. The analysis of the literature and the author's practice allow us to identify and consider the following properties of papillary patterns and their mappings, which were divided into three groups for cognitive purposes: their own properties, the properties of mappings, and the properties of the fat-rich substance of the human papillary pattern and its trace. For the first time, the properties of the poly-fat substance of the human papillary pattern and its trace are presented, which is important in view of the trend in the development of complex fingerprint examination. For the first time, the first and second groups are conditionally divided into four subgroups: for solving identification, diagnostic, classification and situational problems. For the first time, the third group is further conditionally divided into four subgroups: according to the interaction of the human body fat with the carrier object; according to the isolation of the human body fat trace; according to the dynamics of the preservation and contrast of the display of the fat-free substance of the human papillary pattern. On the other hand, the properties of papillary patterns themselves are divided into basic properties and properties for solving identification and non-identification problems, respectively. The author's definition of the following concepts is presented: "basic properties of human papillary patterns" and "properties of human papillary patterns", "basic properties of human papillary patterns mappings" and "properties of human papillary patterns mappings", "basic properties of human papillary matter" and "properties of human papillary matter", "basic properties of human papillary matter" and" properties of human papillary matter". This provides an opportunity for specialists and teachers to improve their cognitive and practical activities, and for those responsible and competent for the organization of examinations to consider creating a center for comprehensive fingerprint examination.
