The process of building environmental information perception can be constructed with wireless sensor network (WSN) expediently. A WSN based information acquisition system for building running environment is described in this paper. The CPU of host computer in the system is Loongson2F and wireless nodes in the system are implemented as Telsob nodes. Because the price of wireless node is low, the hardware cost of the desired system is decreased evidently and the security of the desired system is enhanced because the CPU of the host is native. With those features, the application scenario of the desired system is extended widely. To verify the suitability of the using of Collection Tree Protocol (CTP) in construction of the WSN in the desired information acquisition system, the performance of the CTP based WSN deployed in public building space for environment information acquiring are tested and solutions for some key problems in the construction and the maintenance of the CTP based WSN are given in this paper too.

<p><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: medium;">For dealing with the limitations and deficiencies of present wireless sensor network nodes, including poor flexibility, low degree of variability, low generality, Arduino development advantages are combined with ZigBee wireless communication technologies characteristics. The versatility and flexibility of wireless sensor network nodes and the cost and energy consumption of nodes are studied. First of all, ZigBee communication protocol and networking technology are studied, and based on this, communication protocols that the subjects need are designed. Secondly, the hardware system of ZigBee wireless sensor network node based on Arduino technology is discussed and designed. In addition, suitable Arduino development panel is selected in accordance with requirements of ZigBee wireless sensor network node. With the development panel as the design prototype, the circuit of functional module is designed. Thirdly, based on the wireless sensor network node communication protocol and hardware design, the software system of wireless sensor network node is designed and realized. The results showed that, through designing reasonable software working flow and compiling efficient information acquisition and wireless communication program, the intelligence orientation of node information acquisition and information transmission is achieved. In a word, it can be concluded that, combined with Arduino, a better function can be achieved.</span></p>

In view of the problems of the judgment of the referee in international long jump competition, such as the omission and wrong judgment, a real-time, accurate, and effective detection instrument is designed. The sensor carried on the athlete is used as the detection element of the foul, which ensures the accuracy and timely information acquisition and effectively prevents the wrong judgment and the missed judgment. The system data is transmitted by the wireless sensor network, which is highly safe and reliable. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional artificial judgment results, the long jump crossover line foul detector based on the wireless sensor network can realize the accurate detection of the number of fouls. The judgment error is lower than the requirements of track and field rules for detection tools, which has great practical value and economic significance.

Wireless Sensor Network (WSN), which integrates wireless communication, sensor, network and embedded technologies, is a new data collection network system. It is a new information acquisition and processing technology. Because WSN can operate in a wireless environment, it can be deployed in areas inaccessible to human beings or difficult to install wired network. It has been widely applied in many areas such as medical, transportation and military thanks to its robustness. The new design of embedded wireless sensor network has resolved the issues of limited monitoring area and difficult control management. The test results indicate that this new design of the embedded wireless sensor network is capable of real-time control management in an expanded monitoring area.

Wireless Sensor Network is a a brand new technology of information acquisition and processing. Compared with the various technologies applied in the current transportation monitoring system, Wireless Sensor Network has the advantages of self-organizing and distribution. In this thesis we have proposed the design of distributed self-organizing highway monitoring system based on Wireless Sensor Network, and we have constructed Safety Distance Monitoring Model between vehicles by combining with concrete datas such as road visibility, traffic flow,etc. The model can exploit the advantage of WSN to calculate approriate safe driving distance between vehicles by referring to road visibility, traffic flow and others at any time. When the distance between driving cars is smaller than the safety distance, the drivers would be warned by menas of car radio, car GPS, RFID and other radio device to avoid happening of traffic accidents.
