An integrated system to measure mechanical functions of material or structure is introduced. This system is able to provide more detection methods and experiment environments. And it can discover the characteristics and mechanisms of damnification and breakage in materials, considering the effects of loading and environments. Material functions were analyzed in many aspects, including loading, strain, light, sound, temperature and infrared to ensure the safety of materials and configuration of unmanned plane. Current study has laid a foundation for realizing optimal design of unmanned plane. In this paper, theory, components, and function of the system were discussed, as well as signal acquisition and analysis.

Aurora B, a protein kinase required in mitosis, localizes to inner centromeres at metaphase and the spindle midzone in anaphase and is required for proper chromosome segregation and cytokinesis. Aurora A, a paralogue of Aurora B, localizes instead to centrosomes and spindle microtubules. Except for distinct N termini, Aurora B and Aurora A have highly similar sequences. We have combined small interfering RNA (siRNA) ablation of Aurora B with overexpression of truncation mutants to investigate the role of Aurora B sequence in its function. Reintroduction of Aurora B during siRNA treatment restored its localization and function. This permitted a restoration of function test to determine the sequence requirements for Aurora B targeting and function. Using this rescue protocol, neither N-terminal truncation of Aurora B unique sequence nor substitution with Aurora A N-terminal sequence affected Aurora B localization or function. Truncation of unique Aurora B C-terminal sequence from terminal residue 344 to residue 333 was without effect, but truncation to 326 abolished localization and function. Deletion of residues 326-333 completely abolished localization and blocked cells at prometaphase, establishing this sequence as critical to Aurora B function. Our findings thus establish a small sequence as essential for the distinct localization and function of Aurora B.

Thyroid hormones are essential for the normal growth, development, and function of body organs. These hormones regulate the basal metabolic rate of all cells, including hepatocytes. A complex interplay exists between the thyroid and the liver. Thyroid dysfunction can cause liver function test abnormalities, usually reverted by normalizing thyroid status. On the other hand, liver disorders may cause thyroid function abnormalities that may or may not need to be treated. Nevertheless, the relationship between liver and thyroid is often overlooked, and thyroid function is not commonly investigated in patients with liver diseases and vice versa. Keywords: Hyperthyroidism; liver cirrhosis; hypothyroidism; hepatitis.

LSU 03 Aircraft was used for LSU MISI with capability cruise up to 340 km. LSU 03 has an operation for marine safety from illegal fishing. To support the monitoring mission of illegal fishing with operation range up to 250 km or 3 hours flight, several required system are needed such as autopilot system, datalink, propulsion, and payload. All of system then analysed by an ELA (Electrical Load Assessment) of the aircraft system to know the necessary power required to conduct the initial mission of the aircraft. ELA analysis is done by calculating the power requirement from each component specification and function test of the component for validation of calculation result. From the results of the study, the amount of power consumption is 35% from the spec calculation, which is 32.43 Wh which can be accommodated by a battery system up to 4.2 hours. Whereas for ignition or aircraft engines whose source of battery uses LIPO 2S 7.4 Vdc batteries can accommodate the ignition energy requirements for more than 11 hours.
