Abstract The goal of the paper was to describe the system of employment forecasting in Poland and to present forecasts results. The paper described the main assumptions and elements of the system of employment forecasting (the structure of econometric models and on-line forecasting tool). It also elaborated on employment forecasts at national, regional and occupational levels. The analysis of forecasts enabled drawing some conclusions, important from the point of view of the perspectives of the Polish labour market and the labour market policy.

3D virtual fitting technology utilizes 3D industry standard to provide all-round 3D stereo visual effect for users to learn garment information when they are purchasing garment on line. This article introduces the current situation of domestic virtual fitting system, analyses the problems exiting in the system according to the current situation, and proposes vision of the new fitting system and the technical problems during the developing process.

In view of poor accuracy and slow calculation of the traditional on-line handwriting signature verification, an on-line handwriting signature verification based on Early Abandon Dynamic Time Warping (EADTW) was designed and implemented after numerous researched. The training template followed the mechanism of benchmark signature, while the certification part adopted EADTW algorithm. The experimental results showed that compared with on-line handwritten signature system based on DTW (dynamic time warping), this new system not only greatly reduced cumbersome and repeated calculation, but also obviously improved the accuracy, The bigger the test sample is, the more obvious the advantage is.

DoD Acquisition has recently undergone major changes. In the recently published DoD Instruction 5000.2 (only available on-line at http://www.dtic.mil/whs/directives/corres/html/50002.htm ), Human Systems Integration (HSI) has become a focus for all new system acquisitions. In the Instruction, HSI is defined to include: Human Factors Engineering, Personnel, Habitability, Manpower, Training, Environment, Safety and Occupational Health (ESOH), and Survivability. New acquisition policy intends that each of these HSI areas become a documented component of all acquisitions to meet maximal capability with the right number of personnel, suitably trained, and ready for operations, and at the same time assuring their health, safety and survivability. The panel's goals are: 1. To inform the community of the expanded DoD HSI emphasis and 2. To ask the HSI community to assess whether and how we are situated to meet the demands.

The article reflects the features of the formation of ecosystems in the field of education, including the features of their development in the conditions of digitalization, as well as possible points of growth of digital ecosystems in education. The following research methods are used: analysis of casesof foreign and domestic ecosystems in the field of education; the method of analogy of biological (natural) ecosystems with Learning Ecosystems in education. The following key challenges for the development of educational ecosystems are highlighted: the rapid growth of the rate of updating information; the growth of the rate of digitalization of the learning process; the transformation of the labor market; demographic shifts and the “dying out” of a number of professions; global digital transformations. Therefore, the development of domestic learning ecosystems, ensuring effective on-line interaction between educational and scientific institutions in order to create a conceptually new system of Russian continuing education based on smart technologies, cloud computing and social content are today the top priorities.

A 42km/356mm diameter pipeline was built and commissioned in 1962 and is the primary source of sour gas to a sour gas processing plant. The pipeline has operated as a dehydrated sour gas/condensate pipeline, and was assessed as a candidate for an Internal Corrosion Direct Assessment (ICDA). This analysis came with the challenge of a lack of operational and inspection history. The decision was made to obtain as much history as possible by interviewing previous operators, and to perform an ICDA analysis based on this information. The ICDA analysis was performed by a technical specialist utilizing 1) wet sour gas corrosion methodology and 2) ICDA (critical angle) technology. The analysis was performed for one ICDA region. Nine assessment cases were identified as the operating criteria changed with time and each was assessed. On occasion the gas specifications had criteria below the minimum levels of influence, and analysis was also performed with these adjusted to force identification of potential internal corrosion locations. The results were presented identifying two locations of potential long-term corrosion, and one location susceptible to corrosion post 2000. Following a review of the ICDA analysis, it was felt that there was sufficient confidence to proceed with the direct assessments. The decision was taken to expose the three identified locations. The direct assessment at all three locations was performed using guided wave UT as the initial anomaly detector, and phased array UT was then utilized to confirm any anomalies, and was run along the bottom of the exposed line to confirm no anomalies were missed. The results of the NDE indicated no anomalies of more than 10%, and it was concluded that no significant internal corrosion of concern exists. The final phase of the ICDA (post assessment) concluded that the analysis was successful and that the ICDA project was a success. The re assessment intervals will be driven by any future changes in the transported product, and information obtained from on line corrosion monitoring.
