The article reflects the features of the formation of ecosystems in the field of education, including the features of their development in the conditions of digitalization, as well as possible points of growth of digital ecosystems in education. The following research methods are used: analysis of casesof foreign and domestic ecosystems in the field of education; the method of analogy of biological (natural) ecosystems with Learning Ecosystems in education. The following key challenges for the development of educational ecosystems are highlighted: the rapid growth of the rate of updating information; the growth of the rate of digitalization of the learning process; the transformation of the labor market; demographic shifts and the “dying out” of a number of professions; global digital transformations. Therefore, the development of domestic learning ecosystems, ensuring effective on-line interaction between educational and scientific institutions in order to create a conceptually new system of Russian continuing education based on smart technologies, cloud computing and social content are today the top priorities.

The manufacturing industry is undergoing a major transformation enabled by IT and related smart technologies. The main thrust of Cloud computing is to provide on-demand computing services with high reliability, scalability and availability in a distributed environment. This paper summarizes our taxonomy of the CC review direction. The goals of this taxonomy were (i) clarify the needs and the directions of the use of the CC, (ii) define the academic and practical issues involved in CC , (iii) learn the state of the directions on methodologies of the CC , (iv) identify future research directions, which benefit the short and long terms. The taxonomy has concluded that (i) CC is advantageous in dealing with changes and uncertainties in the every-changing environment. (ii)It has been found that few existing CC can achieve the objective of security. (iii) The obstacles of the development of CC include the difficulties to identify and generalize the requirement of CC security, the lake of effective technologies that can be used to support the clouding use, and no international origination that serves for standardizing the modular components for cloud computing processes. In this paper, we use the IVSL(The Iraq Virtual Science Library) to select the free, full-text access to papers from major publishers as well as a large collection of on-line educational materials.

Abstract The goal of the paper was to describe the system of employment forecasting in Poland and to present forecasts results. The paper described the main assumptions and elements of the system of employment forecasting (the structure of econometric models and on-line forecasting tool). It also elaborated on employment forecasts at national, regional and occupational levels. The analysis of forecasts enabled drawing some conclusions, important from the point of view of the perspectives of the Polish labour market and the labour market policy.

Objective: To explore the perceived attitudes toward continuing education and the deterrents to continuing education for certified athletic trainers (ATCs). Design and Setting: Data were collected using the Adults Attitudes Towards Continuing Education Scale (AATCES) instrument, Deterrents to Participation Scale-General (DPS-G) instrument, and self-reported demographics. Subjects: An imbedded on-line questionnaire was e-mailed three times in a 6-week period to ATCs who subscribe to the athletic trainers listserv at Indiana State University and the professional athletic trainers education listserv at Findlay University. The sample of this study consisted of approximately 1,200 ATCs of which 268 answered and returned the survey, a return rate of 22%. Measurements: Data included descriptive statistics, a one-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and Cluster Analysis to compare the demographic groups on the AATCES and the DPS-G instruments. Results: This study found that the participants have a very positive attitude toward continuing education according to the AATCES instrument and that the participants report few deterrents through the DPS-G instrument. However, two deterrents of statistical importance were found in the items related to Time and Course Relevance and one deterrent, Cost, was found in the comparison to gender. Conclusions: This study found that ATCs have a very favorable attitude toward continuing education and that ATCs perceive few deterrents to continuing education. To further understand these trends in continuing education, these particular surveys must be made available to more ATCs. In addition, continuing education providers need to understand the needs of the ATCs that they serve.

Social protection is an important strategy to protect people from livelihood risks, develop human capital and promote economic growth. Decent work is a core element of social protection and a critical condition for eradicating poverty. Despite high labor force participation and low unemployment, Russia’s labor market shows several negative trends, including working poverty and growing informality. Both are exacerbated by gender disparities and unfavorable demographic shifts. Over the past decade the Russian government has implemented active labor market interventions, and enhanced targeted social protection aimed at promoting employment and reducing poverty. Based on the analysis of key data and programs, the article finds that the country achieved stability in the labor market, but at the cost of deteriorating living standards caused by low levels of productivity and wages.

A major change is presently occurring in University Extension or University Continuing Education (UCE) units, from ongoing continuing education (CE) programs (certificates, etc.) to unique major projects supporting overall institutional goals and specific community needs. Given this change, the type of research traditionally associated with CE (market research, ongoing program evaluation, etc.) now needs to be at least supplemented, if not replaced, by a type of research more appropriate to the new type of activity occurring in extension/UCE units. For a number of theoretical and practical reasons, this research should consist largely of case studies of UCE programs and projects. An on-line database of these case studies could serve not only as a resource for improving practice, but also as the knowledge base underlying a graduate program offered by a consortium of UCE units. By creating a practice-based graduate program focused specifically on CE, in contrast to the broader, more theoretical programs generally offered by adult education departments, CE units can increase the amount, quality, and relevance of CE research.
