Real-Time Monitoring of the Activity and Kinetics of T4 Polynucleotide Kinase by a Singly Labeled DNA-Hairpin Smart Probe Coupled with λ Exonuclease Cleavage
The kinetics of electro-initiated polymerization of vinyl ethers in the presence of potassium hexafluoroantimonate are investigated by RT-FT-NIR. The apparatus for real time monitoring of the kinetics of the reaction is set up by using ITO conductive glasses. Potassium hexafluoroantimonate has been proven to be an efficient initiator for electro-initiated polymerization of vinyl ethers.
We show that phenynyl ligand could readily bind to colloidal Au nanoparticles. By real-time monitoring the SERS during ligand exchange, the relative strength of phenynyls, thiols and PVP ligands, and different phenynyls were successfully ranked.
We employed a fluorogenic Ag+ sensor, tetrazole-functionalized tetraphenylethylene derivative 1 (TEZ-TPE-1), to investigate the dissolution kinetics of AgNPs and AgNWs in aquatic environments.
