Humans are the most perfect creatures of God. In running life, human beings are often faced with the reality of life that is not ideal. Some people do negative activities and bad things that are not in accordance with the potential good they have. This paper offers human concepts in the view of Islamic education philosophy, namely: Al-basyar, Al-insan and Al-naas. The concept of Al-Basyar tends to the human concept which can be understood that humans are creatures that have all the characteristics of humanity that are limited, such as eating, drinking, security, happiness, and so forth. The concept of Al-insan understands that humans basically have a positive potential to grow and develop both physically and mentally. The concept of Al-Naas is related to the function of humans as social beings. Humans were created as social creatures that began as a male and female partner and then developed into a tribe and nation to get to know each other "interact".

A clinical study was carried out with the aim of clinical evaluation of effect of Uttara basti with Apamarga Kshara Taila in bilateral tubal block. Achievement of conception depends on the fertility capacity of both the male and female partner; male is directly responsible in around 30% of cases, female in 30% and both are respon- sible for 30% of cases, and in the remaining 10% of cases cause remains unexplained As per the FIGO manual, Tubal factors are causing infertility in around 30 to 40% cases. Tubal factors include tubal injury, blockage, or paratubal adhesions. In the existing modern system of medicine, there is no proper intervention available to clear the tubal block. This condition is dealt with ART or invasive procedures like tubal reconstructive surgery which are not accessible to majority of population. This article presents a successfully managed case of Bilateral Tubal Blockage by Uttara Basti in the form of a case study. Uttara Basti was planned for duration of 3 months. Post treatment HSG revealed patent bilateral tubes and after 4 months she got conceived. Keywords: Uttara Basti, Apamarga kshara taila, HSG, ART, Tubal block

Failure of conception and failed to reproduce is a curse in the society, the couple faces a lot of mental agony. A case of Asthenospermia treated with Ayurvedic management with truthful result is presented here. The case of infertility, married since 2 years having age of 29 and 21 years of male and female partners respectively. They were having H/O using contraceptive for 6 months after marriage. Thereafter the couple are not using any contraceptive for 1 year. Failure to conceive within 1 year she came for Ayurvedic treatment. After investigating the couple, it was found that clinically with follicular study of female partner was WNL, while semen analysis of male partner shows Asthenospermia. Thereafter male partner was given Ayurvedic treatment for 3 months, which caused increased in sperm motility and after 7 months the couple get conceived.

The question of the identity of the two standing figures at the center of pithos A continues to be a subject of vigorous debate, with the scholarly community divided over whether they should be explained in light of the inscription invoking Yhwh and his asherah that is situated above them. In this article, the author contributes to the discussion by reviewing the main iconographic arguments for identifying the figures as Yhwh and his female partner and in the process responds to some of the common objections that have been raised against the hypothesis. These include the figures’ sexual dualism, overlapping pose as male and female partners, their Bes-like and bovine features and associated mythological compatibility with Yhwh, and the larger iconographic context of the individual pithoi.

Phosgene still plays an important role as a toxic substance in the chemical industry. Thiess (1968) recently reported observations on numerous cases of phosgene poisoning. A serious difficulty in the clinical handling of phosgene poisoning cases is a relatively long latent period, up to 12 hours, with no obvious signs of severity. At about 12 hours heavy lung edema appears suddenly, however changes can be seen in routine X-rays taken after only a few hours' exposure (Diller et al., 1969). This study was undertaken to correlate these early changes seen by the roengenologist with morphological alterations in the lungs seen in the'light and electron microscopes.Forty-two adult male and female Beagle dogs were selected for these exposure experiments. Treated animals were exposed to 94.5-107-5 ppm phosgene for 10 min. in a 15 m3 chamber. Roentgenograms were made of the thorax of each animal before and after exposure, up to 24 hrs.

Gonadotroph cell adenomas of the pituitary are infrequent in human patients and are not invariably associated with altered gonadal function. To date, no animal model of this tumor type exists. Herein, we describe spontaneous gonadotroph cell adenomas in old male and female Sprague-Dawley rats by histology, immunocytology and electron microscopy. The material consisted of the pituitaries of 27 male and 38 female Sprague Dawley rats, all 26 months of age or older, removed at routine autopsy. Sections of formal in-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue were stained with hematoxylin-phloxine-saffron (HPS), the PAS method and the Gordon-Sweet technique for the demonstration of reticulin fibers. For immunostaining, sections were exposed to anti-rat β-LH, anti-ratβ-TSH, anti-rat PRL, anti-rat GH and anti-rat ACTH 1-39. For electron microscopy, tissue was fixed in 2.5% glutaraldehyde, postfixed in 1% OsO4 and embedded in epoxy-resin. Tissue fixed in 10% formalin, embedded in epoxy resin without osmification, was used for immunoelectron microscopy.

In this abstract we Illustrate how same-section correlative light and high voltage electron microscopy (HVEM) of serial 0.25-0.50-μm sections can answer questions which are difficult to approach by EM of 60-100 nm sections.Starfish (Pisaster and Asterlas) eggs are fertilized at meiosis I when the oocyte contains two maternal centrosomes (e.g., asters) which form the poles of the first meiotic spindle. Immediately after fertilization a sperm aster is assembled in the vicinity of the male pronucleus and persists throughout meiosis. At syngamy the sperm aster splits to form the poles of the first mitotic spindle. During this time the functional and replicative properties of the maternal centrosome, inherited from the last meiotic division, are lost. The basis for this differential stability, of male and female centrosomes in the same cytoplasm, is a mystery.

Mean fundamental frequencies of male and female subjects obtained with FLORIDA I and a tape striation counting procedure were compared. The fundamental frequencies obtained with these two methods were similar and it appears that the tape striation counting procedure is a viable, simple, and inexpensive alternative to more costly and complicated procedures and instrumentation.
