This article focuses on ordinary, familiar to us structures and what other benefits, except for their intended use, they can bring. One of the most pressing problems of the modern world is the excessive use of non-renewable or hardly renewable natural resources. The key element necessary for the operation of transport is gasoline extracted from oil, which is a hardly renewable natural resource, at the moment the rate of consumption of oil significantly exceeds the rate of its occurrence in the natural environment. In addition, people use atomic power stations to produce energy used in everyday life, many plants and factories are built to produce various things necessary for life, and sometimes just to increase comfort. All this has a very negative impact on the environment, and to clean it after such pollution is a very difficult task. In this way, in the use of current energy sources, we distinguish 2 significant flaws – the exhaustion and difficulty of renewal of the key components necessary for obtaining energy and the negative impact on the world around us. Many states came to the conclusion that it would be much more rational to develop a new approach to energy production, based on the use of inexhaustible and environmentally friendly natural elements. The main example of this approach is the use of solar energy by converting it into electricity using solar panels. In this article, we will look at solar panels and their use in road construction as a way to generate energy and solve environmental problems.

SummaryNormal whole blood was allowed to stand in glass tubes at 37° C, and the clotting process stopped at various intervals by the addition of sodium oxalate. During the first 15 minutes a marked acceleration of clotting activity was found. Study of the individual coagulation factors showed the following changes: a sustained and rapid fall in platelet count, a sustained and rapid rise in PTC (factor IX), a steady fall in fibrinogen, a more gradual fall in AHF (factor VIII), a rapid rise and subsequent fall in proaccelerin (factor V) activity, a somewhat lesser and slower rise and fall in proconvertin (factor VII) activity, and a slow fall in prothrombin concentration. No changes were noted in Hageman factor or PTA activities.

In the framework of broad philosophic and historical context the author conducts comparative analysis of the conditions for assimilating liberal values in leading countries of the modern world and in Russia. He defends the idea of inevitable forward movement of Russia on the way of rationalization and cultivation of all aspects of life, but, to his opinion, it will occur not so fast as the "first wave" reformers thought and in other ideological and sociocultural forms than in Europe and America. The development of the system paradigm in economic science leads to the formulation of a number of important questions to the political economy as one of the basic directions of economic theory. In this article, on the basis of system introspection, three questions are considered. The first is the relevance of the class approach to the structuring of the socio-economic space; the second is the feasibility of revising the notion of property in the modern world; the third is the validity of the notion of changing formations as the sequence of “slave-owning system — feudal system — capitalist system”. It is shown that in modern society the system approach to the structuring of socio-economic space is more relevant than the class one. Today the classical notion of “property” does not reflect the diversity of production and economic relations in society and should be replaced by the notion of “system property”, which provides a significant expansion of the concepts of “subject of property” and “object of property”. The change of social formations along with the linear component has a more influential cyclic constituent and obeys the system-wide cyclic regularity that reflects the four-cycle sequence of the dominance of one of the subsystems of the macrosystem: project, object, environment and process.
