A four-phase stepper motor servo control system is designed by a master chip STC89C52 and driver chip ULN2003A. Operation in four modes of stepper motor is achieved by keys. Speed control of stepper motor is achieved by A/D conversion chip TLC1549 and adjustable potentiometer. Dynamic display circuit of digital tube is designed by a shift register 74LS164. At the same time, operating in four modes, speed control and turning its particular angle of stepper motor are achieved by the infrared receiver HS0038. The experimental result shows that the control system is reliable, and it has some practical value.

In order to satisfy the running requirements of Automated Storage and Retrieval System’s control system with big load, high speed and high accuracy, the design is proposed by adopting PLC and servo motor control. The Ethernet , MELSECNET/H ,CC-LINK and serial communication of Mitsubishi is adopted to satisfy complicated worksite environment, meanwhile the semi-closed loop control and full-closed control is adopted to satisfy the demand of high speed high accuracy smooth running servo control system. The practical application verifies that the system is of high reliability and stability, thus greatly meets the production requirements, and saves considerable labor force.

High-precision slub yarn can be produced by EJM128K type ring bobbin equipped with servo control system which has the characteristic of stability ,precision and rapidity to control slub length by analyzing the transfer function of it. The length of slub yarns was tested with USTER® TESTER5, and the distribution curve of slub length and slub space can be attained. The gauge of between front and middle roller affects slub length deflection. This result can control effectively slub length and produce high-class slub yarn.

A new visual servo control system under microscope was introduced based on the research of image-based computer visual control system, including the installation and calibration of camera, deduction of the image Jacobian and the algorithm of controlling and so on. The experiments of motion controlling and positioning showed that one pixel about 2.97μm can be reached easily in single axes under 5× eyepiece and under the same condition a 400μm micro shaft was assembled into a micro-gear with 415μm inner bore. Knowing from the control algorithm, the accuracy of the system is independent on errors in the robot kinematics or the camera calibration. The research results indicate that this method is a full closed-loop visual servo control system with a high reliability and simple control algorithm and it can be used in microassembly system.

Designing a high quality and low cost servo control system of micro-EDM is the key technique of high precision micro-EDM. The paper solves this problem by designing an embedded servo control system of micro-EDM. The servo system realized the FOC of PMSM by using embedded technique, which connect the servo controller and the pulse generator properly. The scheme of servo control system has the merits that it is low cost, flexible and self adjustment of discharging gap.
