Simple control method for three‐phase pulse‐width modulation rectifier of switching power supply under unbalanced and distorted supply voltages

We analyze the reasons why DC-DC switching power supply generates the electromagnetic interference (EMI), and through the FPGA control the digital-to-analog converter (DAC) to output the pulse width modulation (PWM) signal with high precision and slew rate controlled, the slew rates of the voltage and current of external N-channel MOSFET are controlled. So, dv/dt and di/dt can be decreased in the circuit; and the ripple noise and EMI of switching power supply are reduced vastly in this way. Experimental results show that the ripple noise of switching power supply could be reduced by 80% and EMI reduced 15dBμV. The experiment has proved that we can cut down the ripple noise and EMI of switching power supply by lessening the slew rates of the voltage and current of MOSFET switching tube.

This paper discusses a digital control method for efficiency improvement of switching power circuit at light load by using C2000 Series DSP (Texas Instruments Inc.). In this work, we alter the module in DSP to adjust the link voltage between a bridgeless PFC AC/DC converter and a phase shift full bridge DC/DC converter, as well as to control the PWM frequency of power circuit in order to improve the power efficiency in a suitable way. Our experiments result show that the efficiency of the power circuit at half or light load improves by adjusting the link voltage and/or PWM frequency

According to the specific requirements of time domain airborne electromagnetic method detection system, a whole bridge high-power switching power supply is designed based on limited double pole control. Combined with the designed whole bridge topologies, its working process is discussed and the realization process of soft switch is analyzed. Through the specific experimental analysis, it can verify that the limited double pole control method can well realize zero voltage switch and zero current switch of the switch tubes, it can improve the work efficiency of the switching power supply. The power supply has been successfully applied to the scientific research project at present.

The techniques for developing a kind of the precision continuously adjustable high-voltage switching power supply are proposed, based on the constant frequency pulse width modulation strategies with SG3525, and the continuous output voltage adjustment effect is achieved through a gain amplifier controlled by MCU. The circuit is of the significant features such as high precision output voltages, continuously adjustable, a wide adjustment range and a low power consumption. The results of the experiments show that the output voltage is adjustable between 1KV and 25KV, and the maximum output voltage error is 1.6%.

With the increase of switching frequency of power switch, EMI noise pollution becomes more and more serious. In order to solve this problem, in this paper, the switch power supply filter and passive EMI filter, active EMI filter is studied. It mainly research active EMI filter with feed forward , non-inductive current detection device of active EMI filter and active EMI filter for three-phase inverter motor. To solve this problem which is that EMI noise pollution has become more serious along with the increase of switching frequency switch power supply, the increasingly serious pollution make the EMI filter technology have a wide range of applications and put forward higher request to filter technology

Nowadays, the development of Power Electronics is very quickly. High frequency switching power supply has been widely used in many fields because of its advantages, such as high efficiency, low volume and low cost etc. this paper focuses on the research of DC-DC transform technology in switching power supply. In the foundation of the traditional forward converter, an active clamp forward converter based on one-cycle control is designed. The control IC is IR1150 based on one cycle control technique. The results show that the converter can effectively eliminate the interference of power ripple and switch error. The control method is simple and reliable. The peripheral circuit is easy to realize.

The basic principle of switching power supply EMI filter was described. The circuit principle of passive EMI filter and several topology circuit of active EMI filter were introduced. Active EMI filter with feedforward, active EMI filter without current detection sensors installed and active EMI filter for three-phase inverter motor were researched. The problem that following the frequency rising of switching power supply, the EMI noise pollution was becoming more and more serious than before was solved. These growing pollutions had resulted in widespread application of EMI filter technology and in the meantime higher requirements were raised to EMI filter technology.
