The heat flux density of solar radiation, received by each surface of a double-block ballastless track bed slab, is closely related to its alignment and geographical latitude. In this work, a temperature field analysis model based on experimental data, the theories of solar radiation, and boundary heat transfer is established by a CRTS-I double-block ballastless track structure using the ABAQUS finite element software to investigate the influence of different alignments and geographical latitudes of the temperature field. The horizontal and vertical temperature gradients of the ballast bed plate were found to be in the most adverse conditions when the angle αn between the normal direction of the ballastless track slab bedside surface and positive south direction was equal to 90°. The standard deviation of the overall temperature gradient of the ballast bed was found to be at lowest and standard value of the dispersion degree was highest at an αn of 90°: 14.138 and 10.446°C/m, respectively. The horizontal and vertical temperature gradients in high latitudes and coastal areas were found to be more detrimental than that in the low latitudes or inland areas. These results can provide references for how to avoid high-temperature loading during railway line selection and track design.

The dry bias of MEMS humidity sensor induced by solar radiation heating seriously affects the accuracy of the relative humidity (RH) measurement. To solve this problem, this paper presents a novel numerical analysis method for the error correction of RH based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Firstly, considering the solar radiation, the distribution of temperature field of MEMS humidity sensor is simulated from the ground to 32km altitude by using CFD soft under the boundary condition of fluid-solid coupled heat transfer. Secondly, the numerical analysis model of RH is put forward for solar radiation dry bias (SRDB) correction based on the working principle of the MEMS capacitive humidity sensor and the definition of RH. The results of numerical analysis show that the error of RH caused by solar radiation is nonlinearly increased with the altitude. Meanwhile the errors decrease with the reflectivity of sensor or of solder point increase. The simulation data also indicate that the SRDB can be reduced by improving the reflectivity of sensor or of solder point, adopting the substrate material with high thermal conductivity or choosing the suitable thickness of sensor. However, the SRDB should be corrected, for it still is more than 20% under the low atmospheric pressure. In this paper, the method based on fluid dynamics simulation provides a new way to correct the error of radiosonde MEMS humidity measurement caused by solar radiation heating.

This critical review of Leonard Bunce Meyer's musical analysis theory is aimed at obtaining a basic understanding of an approach that seems uncommon in Indonesian studies of Western music. This study uses a speculative method with descriptive as well as critical approaches, where Meyer's analysis theory is depicted critically by conforming it toward Nicolas Cook's critical review which was based on the Shenkerian concept. The relevance application of this analysis model in the studies of musical form in Indonesia then is discussed. This study concluded that the psychological music analysis of Meyer was carried out by the foreground expectations of the tonal music linear and rhythmical analysis. Compared to the Shenkerian approach which gives greater attention to the harmonic reduction that focused on the harmonic background of tonal music, Meyer’s approach would be less practical in observing at large-scale musical structures. Meyer’s analysis would be valuable to the performers as well as music analysts if they also take into account their musical style concepts which mostly regarded as the area of aesthetic rather than technical analysis. For Indonesia, this method is appropriate for Master and Doctorate studies in Western Music.
