This research seeks to analyze the speech of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos ‎bin Said, may his soul rest in peace, based on the theory of discourse analysis; ‎This is because the text is the internal structure of discourse that consists of ‎vocabulary, structures, and sentences, which helps to know the various ‎rhetorical methods that His Majesty, may God have mercy on him, relied on to ‎convince the recipient, and to clarify the linguistic effects that indicate the ‎political and social functions that the discourse on democracy accomplishes for ‎the actors; Because language reveals the depths of politics and its purposes, it ‎is the first language of communication with citizens and the masses, and it has ‎strength and ability to realize the common and speed of understanding, and the ‎ability to influence the recipients and convince them.‎ Discourse analysis in this study, like the rest of the studies, depends on the ‎vocabulary, structures, and sentences that make up the text. major‎.

Objectives. The problem of determining the mental fatigue of the operator, which is processing the confidential information under the influence of electromagnetic noise radiation, is solved. The relevance of the problem is associated with the need to process the confidential information by the operator located in the limited space of a mobile technical system.Methods. The methods of spectral analysis theory of the results, received in the process of experimental studies the electroencephalograms, are used.Results. The results of experimental studies were obtained based on the processing and analysis of electroencephalograms recorded in standard leads Fp1, Fp2, F3, F4, C3, C4, P3, P4, O1, O2, F7, F8, T3, T4, T5, T6. The following quantitative parameters have been analyzed: power spectral density of delta-, theta-, alpha-, beta-, gamma-rhythms under the influence of electromagnetic noise radiation.Conclusion. The presence of mental fatigue of the operator is based on a comparative analysis of the obtained results and the data described in the scientific literature related to the occurrence of chronic mental fatigue; the fatigue caused by the military performing simulation tasks; mental fatigue caused by performing an RVP test.

The communities have significantly increased in number and the environment has become complex. There are problems such as poor information collection in community public service information governance, lack of relevant analysis standards and models, and unreliable prediction results. In order to forecast and manage the risk information of the community, this research analyzes the public information of the community through the collaborative deep learning model. First of all, the information characteristic factors are selected that affect social risks based on the correlation analysis theory. Secondly, the convolutional neural network is used in deep learning for simulation of the community risk prediction model. Finally, through the comparative analysis of the model prediction results, it can be concluded that the accuracy rate of the proposed prediction model reaches 92.5%. An effective collaborative deep learning model is used to govern community public service information.

Abstract Currently, the world is facing challenges of environmental pollution and public health owing to increasing urbanization. Therefore, many researchers from developed and developing countries are considering environmental pollution and public health to be the most important topics for sustainable development alongside a healthy and green environment. Although in the literature many researchers have investigated a pictorial view of green environment by defining the urban green space and blue space effects on public health, the green environments and public health research trend remains unclear. Thus, this study aimed to contribute to the literature by visualizing the bibliometric for green environments and public health, and to identify the missing research pathway. Data for this study was collected from the Web of Science from 2003-2019 in order to facilitate a visualization and bibliometric analysis carried out by CiteSpace. The visualization results reveal the most influential studies, institutions, authors, countries, keywords, and category cloud in the green environments and public health research field. Furthermore, this study suggests that researchers need to pay attention to how the genome changes due to climate change, as well as environmental pollution and its effect on human health. Mental health and research related to green environment and social health is also missing. In addition, there is also a missing link regarding green environment, underground water and public health. Additionally, this study could help authors and publishers make decisions concerning research on green environments and public health and planning for future perspectives to contribute to both academic development and applied methodology.

Aiming at the low confidence of traditional spoken English automatic evaluation methods, this study designs an automatic evaluation method of spoken English based on multimodal discourse analysis theory. This evaluation method uses sound sensors to collect spoken English pronunciation signals, decomposes the spoken English speech signals by multilayer wavelet feature scale transform, and carries out adaptive filter detection and spectrum analysis on spoken English speech signals according to the results of feature decomposition. Based on multimodal discourse analysis theory, this evaluation method can extract the automatic evaluation features of spoken English and automatically recognize the speech quality according to the results. The experimental results show that, compared with the control group, the designed evaluation method has obvious advantages in confidence evaluation and can solve the problem of low confidence of traditional oral automatic evaluation methods.

This paper aimed at investigating the use of the advertisement text in Instagram caption of hotels during the Covid-19 pandemic. The paper is analyzed under the three dimensions of Critical Discourse Analysis theory proposed by Fairclough (1989). The descriptive qualitative approach used to obtain and explain the secondary data. The result of description dimension showed: the used of significant meaning, active-passive sentences, positive-negative sentences, and description-persuasion structures. The interpretation dimension showed that the content, subject, relations, and connections were referred to as the situational context. The explanation dimension showed, the relation of situational, institutional, and social contexts. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan teks iklan pada takarir Instagram di hotel-hotel selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Tulisan ini dianalisis dengan teori tiga dimensi analisis wacana kritis yang diajukan oleh Fairclough pada tahun 1989. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk memperoleh dan menjelaskan data sekunder. Hasil dari dimensi deskripsi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan makna signifikan, kalimat aktif-pasif, kalimat positif-negatif, dan struktur deskripsi-persuasi. Dimensi interpretasi menunjukkan bahwa isi, subjek, hubungan, dan koneksi mengacu kepada konteks situasional. Dimensi penjelasan menunjukkan bahwa hubungan pada konteks situasional, kelembagaan, dan praktik sosial.

The subject of the article is forecasting the directions of modernization of economic sectors and regions of the country during the development of the eighth technological order (ETO); the object of the article is the 8th technological order in the economy of the country; the purpose of the work is to reduce the risks of sustainable development of the economy and society during the formation of the eighth technological order; to achieve this goal, the following tasks are solved: synthesis of a systematic and descriptive model of the 8th technological order (ETO); formation of sectoral system models of scientific and technological development (fuel and energy complex, military-technical sphere, country region); formation of a project model of organizations' activities; comparative analysis of process and subject models of organization functioning; analysis of factors and methods of synthesis of innovative ideas during the formation of the 8th technological order; comparative analysis of three conceptual approaches in the modernization of the economy (theory of technological orders; ecosystem approach; concepts of convergent (nature-like) technologies); description of methods for modeling innovative projects; study of methods for forming an innovative project business plan; scientific methods in the article are historical analysis; theory of technological orders, theory of forecasting and planning, heuristic synthesis, modeling, logical and structural analysis of projects, expert assessments; scientific novelty of the article is determined by: development of methods for forecasting the processes of modernization of economic sectors and regions of the country; comparative analysis of three concepts of modernization (theory of technological orders; ecosystem approach; the concept of the development of nature-like technologies); the development of a conceptual approach to the modernization of large technological systems within the framework of the theory of technological orders.

Combine complex equipment collaborative development in military-civilian integration context not only fulfils actual development requirement, but also beneficial to the national economy. Design procedure as first stage of complex equipment military-civilian collaborative development process, select suitable design supplier is significant to whole development process of complex equipment. In order to select suitable design supplier for complex equipment, two aspects done in this paper. One is comprehensive analysis of evaluated influencing factors that affect complex equipment military-civilian collaborative design process, corresponding evaluation indicator constructed and a combination of grey correlation, entropy, DEMATEL (Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) and VIKOR analysis theory to obtain grey entropy-DEMATEL-VIKOR, then the combined method is utilized to acquire matching attributes for followed research content. Meanwhile, satisfaction degree for matching side obtained with the help of information aggregation based on power generalized Heronian mean which on the basis of fuzzy preference information. Then, through constructed matching model, suitable design supplier obtained. Finally, a corresponding illustrative example given.
