With the rapid development of economy, the volume of transportation in China is increasing, the opening process of the market is accelerating, the scale of enterprises is expanding, the service quality is being improved, and the container multimodal transport is developing continuously.The hardware infrastructure of container multimodal transport is improved obviously, but the network platform construction of multimodal transport is still insufficient.Taking Shandong region of China as an example, the present situation of container multimodal transport in Shandong area can no longer meet the requirement of rapid development of container, and the construction of network platform needs to be solved urgently. Therefore, this paper will briefly describe the conception of construction of multimodal transport network platform in Shandong area.In order to achieve the rapid development of multimodal transport.

Turn of the century, with the rapid development of database and network technology, we produce and the ability to collect data has been rapidly increasing, a large amount of data stored in databases and data warehouses, we have been submerged in the vast ocean of data and information. With the rapid development of network technology, communication automation system is widely used. It includes cabling system, broadband network system, mobile phone coverage system, cable and digital communication system. Use of the network is one of the functions of communication automation, and FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is one of the widely used protocols in the Internet. Based on the network platform, people use FTP service to transfer files and share information resources. The paper discusses the construction, working principle and access methods of FTP site. According to the security problems of FTP service, the paper researches on communication automation and proposes the security strategy of FTP technology. Combined with the engineering example, it introduces the concrete steps and methods of setting up FTP server based on server software Serv-U. Using FTP technology, it realizes allocation and rational use of information resources and also constructs a reliable, efficient, unified information platform. The FTP system runs normally.

From the aspect of bibliometrics and social network analysis, this paper studies the content characteristics and network evolution of service quality in China, form visual analysis charts and summarizes the research hotspots and development trends. Taking CNKI database as the data source, data mining and association analysis of sample data were carried out by means of manual judgment, keyword co-occurrence, bibliometric software BICOMB and Pajek. 872 related literatures were retrieved from 1999 to 2019, and the tendency of the number of published papers in each year was close to the inverted U type. This study expands the application fields of bibliometrics and social network software, and analyzes the development trend of service quality. The theoretical and practical research on service quality has achieved rapid development in the past 20 years. The library service quality and service quality satisfaction have always gotten a high level of attention, and the characteristics of network platforms for service quality have gradually become apparent because of the development of the Internet and computer technology.

The purpose of this paper was to solve the problem of constructing information platform for small and medium-sized enterprise dynamic alliance. According to the present situation of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprise informatization, the research on ASP(application service provider) model proposed to construct the small and medium-sized enterprise dynamic alliance information platform, expounded the advantages of ASP, proposed the small and medium-sized enterprise dynamic alliance information platform of information sharing mechanism. The formation of small and medium-sized enterprises of dynamic alliance effective operation had certain positive contribution. In this paper, the innovation of originality focuses on building small and medium-sized enterprise dynamic alliance information platform base on ASP model.

Purpose The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of innovative service mode of intelligent library on improving the service quality and a series of impacts on user behavior. With the rapid development of information technology, internet of things has become an important carrier of people’s “intelligent life”. The emergence of intelligent library will no longer be limited by space; it is affecting people’s lives and work imperceptibly. This new service mode was studied here, and the relationship between the service quality of intelligent library and users’ behavior was analyzed from the perspective of user acceptance and use behavior of intelligent library. Moreover, this study explores how to optimize the service quality to let users accept this technology and service mode and thus realize the original idea. Design/methodology/approach Through 800 questionnaires issued to the users in the Zhejiang Provincial AI Library, the authors obtained the study data. Among the received questionnaires, 676 copies are valid, and 124 responses are either incomplete or not answered, and so, the efficient rate is 84.5 per cent. Findings There is a significantly positive correlation between service innovation and service quality. There is a significantly positive correlation between service quality and behavioral intention. There is a significantly positive correlation between service innovation and behavioral intention. Originality/value From the point of view of innovative service, this paper analyzes the effect of innovative service mode of intelligent library on improving the service quality and a series of impacts on user behavior. This study confirms that intelligent library is a relatively new service innovation. Users’ curiosity and exploration will make them access some relevant information. As a result, a reasonably innovative service is an important factor in users’ acceptance behavior.

Multimodal transport can bring the technical and economic advantages in different transportation modes into full play. While ensuring the level of service, it can reduce energy consumption and transport costs. Governments of most countries are actively promoting it. Therefore, it has become a research hot spot. Being a green, fast, and all-day transport mode, railways play an important role in multimodal transport. This article aims to analyze a multimodal transport service quality indicator system involving railways from the perspectives of customers, multimodal service providers, and governments. Qualitative and quantitative research methods were adopted to analyze the secondhand data of academic papers, government policy, and industry reports to clarify the quality characteristics of multimodal transport services. Using grounded theory and to analyze firsthand data from in-depth interviews with multimodal transport practitioners, 25 evaluation indicators of container multimodal transport service quality were chosen to be the evaluation index system. To test and improve the evaluation scale, 270 valid questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 21.0 software, including reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. The results show that all the indicators meet the standard requirements and have good reliability and validity.

The rapid development of electronic businesses raises the need for exchanging information between enterprise networks via internet. If a secure connection is necessary then a virtual private network (VPN) is essential. IPSec use encrypting and encapsulating technology in client device and establishes a secure tunnel connection. The private network built by IPSec technology can ensure good transmission performance and service quality over public networks. This paper analyses the architecture of IPSec and describes the process of creating a site-to-site IPSec VPN between header and branch of enterprise over internet. In addition, this study analyses the encryption at the boundary of the network and concludes a propose some practical problems need to consider inside enterprise network.
