With the rapid development of network technology, communication automation system is widely used. It includes cabling system, broadband network system, mobile phone coverage system, cable and digital communication system. Use of the network is one of the functions of communication automation, and FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is one of the widely used protocols in the Internet. Based on the network platform, people use FTP service to transfer files and share information resources. The paper discusses the construction, working principle and access methods of FTP site. According to the security problems of FTP service, the paper researches on communication automation and proposes the security strategy of FTP technology. Combined with the engineering example, it introduces the concrete steps and methods of setting up FTP server based on server software Serv-U. Using FTP technology, it realizes allocation and rational use of information resources and also constructs a reliable, efficient, unified information platform. The FTP system runs normally.

Indonesia’s textile industry has been successfully being the fifth ranked textile product exporter country by contributed Gross Domestic Bruto (GDP) which is 9% in non-oil industry. As the rapid development of technology, its encouraging textile industry to be able to implement it into the production process, its automation system regarding can improve the productivity. PT. Buana Intan Gemilang is one of textile industry which manufactures greige, sajadah, and curtains fabric within various pattern. Increasing demand regarding pattern therefore company should intensify productivity of machine, operator, and system in order to produce pattern card called jacquard card in thousand amounts. The Problem statement which showed is the manufacturing process is still manual rely on recur the operator’s activities, inconsistent cycle time that occurs on incapacity production target. Automation system design on punching machine using a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) as the primary controller with using User Requirement Spesification (URS) for providing the solution in designing automated system implemented to solve the problem. According to conducted research it can be conclude that, automation system design for jacquard on punching machine at PT.Buana Intan Gemilang has been accomplished and decrease the cycle time around 10 seconds/card. By using automation system on jacquard card production is expected to increase the production capacity and eliminate the workload of operator therefore offer benefit and productivity of company.

Focused on medium and small sized logistics enterprise (MSLE) in China, the characteristics are analyzed and existing issues are addressed based on the comprehensive investigation results of current levels of informatization of MSLEs covering investment, infrastructure, awareness, strategy, integration, standardization and qualified talent. Taking full consideration of China’s national situation, the development opportunities of MSLE’s informatization are discussed in terms of the powerful national informatization strategy, the key support on logistics industry, the pressing demand on logistic service generated by manufacturing industry, the intense competition among logistics software suppliers, the rapid development of public logistics information platform and advanced logistics technology development. Furthermore, the corresponding countermeasures at the aspects of enhancing soft power, utilizing external consulting services, popularizing compact and efficient information platform, keeping fast and smooth informatization construction policy, and strengthening project management and associated regulations are presented to help promote the informatization progress of MSLE in China.

With the rapid development of IC and photovoltaic industry, the requirements of larger-diameter, better productivity, higher machining accuracy and finer surface quality of silicon wafers challenge traditional wafer cutting technology. Therefore, in terms of increasing wafers’ diameter, lessening slicing thickness, reducing cutting loss and improving machining efficiency, research and application of precision cutting technology become necessary and urgent. The paper analyzes current well-developed technologies and equipments of free abrasive wire cutting in detail. It is recommended that bonded abrasive diamond wire cutting will be the development trend in the future as a highly-efficient, low material waste and environmentally friendly technology of precise cutting of silicon wafers. The paper also makes a discussion on construction, working principle, and manufacturing technology of bonded abrasive diamond wires.
