This paper studies the correlation between charging process performance indicators and charging safety of Solar-Energy storage-Charge station, analyses the influence of environmental factors, technical factors, design factors, management factors and user factors on charging process safety of energy stations. The projection pursuit algorithm is used to evaluate the influence degree of each parameter on the safety of charging process; through the establishment of charging safety evaluation system, the safety risks of battery damage and even fire caused by excessive charging current and high battery temperature are identified. The monitoring parameters corresponding to the charging safety state are determined. According to the different battery types adopted by different vehicle models, the corresponding charging mode is determined. According to the monitoring results of key data of the core equipment in the charging process, such as charging current, charging voltage, battery temperature, etc., the charging strategies of different vehicle models and different battery types are analysed, which provides reference for the safe operation of charging process.

It is of great significance to establish a scientific and reasonable water resources carrying capacity evaluation system and evaluation method on the basis of studying the interdependence and mutual relations of water resources, society, economy and the ecological environment. This can guide water resources utilization and economic and social development planning, and promote the sustainable development of water resources and the socio-economic system. Projection pursuit technology can achieve automatic index selection and index weight confirmation. When used to assess water resources carrying capacity, the subjectivity and uncertainty of index weights can be avoided. Meanwhile, it can also be used to optimize the index system, and can improve the accuracy of evaluation results and discrimination. In this paper, the projection pursuit grade model of water resources carrying capacity is established. The evaluation criteria are determined by combining the theory with practice. Grades I to IV indicate that the water resources capacity declines gradually. This is the first study of water resources carrying capacity in four municipalities in China. The results show that the water resources carrying capacity of the four municipalities in 2012 belong to the third level, Chongqing is close to the second level and Tianjin is close to the fourth level.

The battery-electric taxis have the features of larger mass, low operating noise, and great speed, and the drivers of battery-electric taxis have various driving behaviors and low safety awareness, which leads to higher safety risks. In the paper, the driving and speed characteristics of battery-electric taxis, conventional taxis, and private cars are compared and analyzed through conducting a GPS trajectory survey and a cross-section traffic flow parameter survey. An evaluation index system that is based on the spatio-temporal speed parameters is proposed, and a MEW-VIKOR method is developed for the operatiing safety evaluation of the battery-electric taxi. The results show that the operating speed of battery-electric taxis is significantly higher than that of conventional taxis on weekdays and weekends, and there is a relatively common speeding phenomenon on urban local roads. The proposed safety evaluation index system that is based on the spatio-temporal speed parameters and the MEW-VIKOR evaluation method can effectively evaluate the operatiing safety of battery-electric taxis. In addition, the ranking results show that, according to the spatio-temporal speed parameters, the operating safety of battery-electric taxis is lower than that of conventional taxis and private cars. The research provides theoretical insights for strategies and policies making to reduce the unsafe driving behaviors of battery-electric taxis.

To evaluate the safety performance of bolt support scientifically, the factors affecting bolt support are systematically analyzed, the comprehensive evaluation index system is established from four aspects: support parameters, quality of bolt and fittings, construction management and monitoring level, and the safety evaluation model of bolt support is constructed; the AHP and entropy weight method are combined to determine the weight of each index, and the safety evaluation system of bolt support based on AHPentropy weight method is established and its application program is developed. The safety evaluation method and application program proposed in this paper are applied to the safety evaluation of bolt support in a coal mine in Shanxi Province, and the results are in agreement with the actual situation. This article studies the correlation.

The jacking form work is a complex system of construction environment, which is extremely important for human factors control. Establishing a harmonious man-machine-environment relationship is of great help to reduce the construction risk of jacking form work. This paper will establish the evaluation indicators which affecting man-machine-environment system balance. Then the AHP-Fuzzy evaluation method was used to carry out comprehensive evaluation. Finally, the real-life project was taken as an example to evaluate the construction safety level. The result can provide an important direction for construction safety management.

This paper focuses on the current development of military aircraft safety risk decision method is not enough application of projection pursuit method to calculate the weights of the evaluation indexes of a military aviation, comprehensive evaluation of different layout scheme. The available schemes were quickly ranked by their safety performance, the difficult problem with safety design of military aircrafts was primarily solved in the aeronautic project.

At the present time, the Dow Chemical Fire and Explosion Index (F&EI) is a kind of risk index evaluation method that is comprehensively used in evaluating potential hazard, area of exposure, expected losses in case of fire and explosion, etc. As the research object to oil depot storage tank area, this article ultimately confirms establishing appropriate pattern of process unit as well as reasonable safety precautions compensating method, in order to insure the reasonableness of evaluating result, by means of selecting process unit, confirming material factor and compensating safety precautions, using F&EI method. This can provide the basis for theoretical ground in aspect of oil depot development and safety production management.
