In recent years, under the background of the country’s vigorous development of science and education, the construction of university laboratories has been continuously progressing and perfecting. Under such rapid development, the safety management mode of university laboratories has been lagging behind and many safety accidents have occurred threatening teachers and students. The safety of university laboratories urgently needs more attention. This research briefly analyzes the safety management system of domestic and foreign university laboratories and related laws, regulations and standards and analyzes the types and characteristics of accidents and the causes of accidents through statistics of 50 college laboratory accidents in recent years. Based on the analytic hierarchy process to study the weight of the cause of the accident. It is concluded that laboratory safety management and personnel management are the main reasons for the accident.

In order to appraise the safety and reliability of bridges effectively, the comprehensive evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process was established. The weight of evaluation index was calculated by using the model, and each evaluation index was given score by experts according to actual circumstances, and, on this basis, safety level of the bridge was obtained. And, afterwards, the model was applied to an engineering example for Huangjiaba Bridge. The results show that the evaluation level of bridge safety is third-level, with serious problems existing in this practical example, and the corresponding measures are proposed, which can provide scientific reference for bridge safety management.

With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the ecological environment is more and more seriously threatened; most cities should be focused on urban ecological environment construction and protection. In this paper, we choose the vegetation, slope, elevation, surface river system as the factors, and their weights were determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Applying with GIS spatial analysis technique, the ecological sensitivity of the four factors was divided into four grades which contains high sensitive area, moderately sensitive area, low sensitive area and insensitive area areas occupied 9.43%, 36.46%, 50.61% and 3.50%. There existed a significant spatial differentiation in the ecological sensitivity of Enshi city. This study could provide scientific references for the city's environmental protection and economic development, to help its economic growth.

With the rapid development of leisure sports, leisure sports economy has become a new growth point of China's economy. Its difficult to evaluate the present situation of leisure sports development level, this paper uses Analytic Hierarchy Process to study. First, build a hierarchical analysis indication system structure model, and the description of each indicator; Then, in elucidating the basic idea of Analytic Hierarchy Process on the basis of a mathematical model, including the judgment matrix, the normalization process and the arithmetic average of three steps; Finally, calculate the weight of index system according to the steps of solution, and points out that the level of development impact on leisure sports four most important indicators. The research results can be system-related policies for government agencies, the development of leisure sports, building a harmonious society, such as providing new theoretical foundation and scientific methods.

Green building is the inevitable trend of future building development, many countries have formed their own green building assessment system. For now at stage of rapid development of urbanization in China, the establishment of green building assessment system and its further improved are of great significance. As a scientific evaluation system, the index of green building assessment system should have a sound weights system. This article attempts to apply the Analytic hierarchy process method to the Green Building evaluation standards of China, which intend to explore the method of constructing the weight system of China Green Building Evaluation standards.

With the rapid development of economy and industrialization, environmental problems, especially haze pollution, are being more and more serious. When assessing the economic losses caused by haze, although the traditional quantitative method can show the amount of economic losses visually, there are also some inaccuracies in the calculation process. Based on the situation, we propose a new method called uncertain probabilistic linguistic analytic hierarchy process (UPL-AHP), which combines traditional analytic hierarchy process with uncertain probabilistic linguistic term sets to process decision information in complex problems. Firstly, we propose the concept of uncertain probabilistic linguistic comparison matrix. Then, a new approach is given to check and improve the consistency of an uncertain probabilistic linguistic comparison matrix. After that, we introduce the application of UPL-AHP in group decision making. Finally, the proposed method is used to analyze a practical case concerning the economic losses of haze. Some relevant policy recommendations are given based on the results.
