The rubber tube is made of rubber material. It is the important part of the orifice boP. The rubber tube is squeezed and deformed to contact with the drill pipe to achieve the sealing function. There are large deformation and contact problems in the sealing process of rubber, which is difficult to calculate theoretically. In this paper, finite element analysis software is used to analyze the contact stress between the designed rubber cylinder and the drill pipe under different loads and the influence of friction factor on the contact stress. The influence rules are summarized, the structure of the rubber cylinder is optimized, and the contact stress of the optimized rubber cylinder is analyzed. The results meet the design requirements.

Thrust bearing is one of the most important components in esPCP system, which determines the lifespan of the whole system under the restriction of some factors such as the depth of downhole unit, the viscosity of petroleum oil to be pumped. To increase the high temperature bearing ability of the bearings under the limitation of radial size, the damage reason of pre-applied bearings was analyzed. Some different modified plans were put forward from two aspects of structure and material. Contact problems were researched for different plans with finite element analysis software of ANSIS. Comparison of results shows that, in the well of 5½" tube, the optimum selection is ball thrust bearing with 8 balls of radial size of 10mm without keeper.

With ANSYS finite element analysis software, finite element method is used to analyze the steel corrugated plate boarding bridge. Stress and deformation of the structure are obtained, and strength and stiffness are checked. Improvements are made on this basis to meet the design requirements.

According to the working principle and structural feature of compressive packer, mechanic analysis of rubber tubes was done with adopting Mooney-Rivlin model. The contact stress between rubber tube and the casing and axial compression distance were figured out at 83MPa of the differential pressure between inside and outside string. The results show that the middle tube has the function of beginning to set the paker and the lower tube seals and separate the layers. Upper tubing should be installed the equipment to prevent shoulder protruding.

In this paper, aim the circumstances of derrick and substructure for a specific offshore platform, two derrick test tools be devised, The substructure and the test tool model established and assembled by Workbench software, and through the ANSYS finite element analysis software calculated the substructure and the test tool, then based on the analysis in contact with the forces condition of the test tool that were optimized. By comparing the test tools can be found, the test tooling option II that the weight, the forces condition and operation is better than another one, so when the conditions to meet the circumstances, option II is recommended to use. The design ideas and methods for test tool design and manufacturing provides a useful reference.

With ANSYS finite element analysis software, finite element method was used to analyze the flexible Ferris wheel in this paper. By obtaining stress and deformation of the structure strength and stiffness was calculated and assessed. Improvements were made on this basis to meet the design requirements. With stability and dynamic analysis structure has good global stability and the frequency spectrum of structure is dense and even distribution. The analysis procedure and results indicated in this paper can be used as a reference for the analysis and design of similar projects.

According to the property of contact problem, the calculation formula of contact stress of cross-roller slewing bearing is derived under the action of eccentric axial load. The finite element model of slewing bearing is analyzed in ANSYS, and then the finite element analysis software is used to analyze the contact stress. In this way, the distribution condition of contact stress between roller and rings is obtained. By comparing the finite element analysis results with theoretical analysis results, the correctness of finite element analysis is certified, which provides a guide for the design and optimization of slewing bearing.

When the chassis of a freight car is reassembled, it is necessary to make holes on the summer beams of the frame. In order to evaluate the effect of making holes on the fatigue strength and life of the whole frame, the stress analysis and life calculation of the freight car frame are carried out under four common working conditions with finite element analysis software based on the finite element theory, combined with the load, fatigue type and frame material parameters of semi-trailer tractor.After analysis, it is found that the stress level of the whole truck frame is below the fatigue limit of the material after making holes of the truck frame, and the life of the strength meets the design requirements of refitting.
